众所周知，兴趣是学习的最好钥匙，对职业中学的学生来说更是如此。他们的学习基础较差，个人追求不高，在思想上又重专业实践、轻文化理论。语文学科是学习其他各科的基础，如何才能引起职高学生对语文学科的学习兴趣，培养他们的学习能力呢?笔者就此谈谈自己粗浅的看法。

一、灵活、科学地培养学生“听”的能力

所谓“听讲”，就是学生听老师讲，是学生被动地接受知识的过程，这是长期以来人们形成的一个错误认识。如何变被动为主动，培养学生主动听的兴趣，关键就要靠课堂45分钟。有的老师一味追求理性化，把一篇篇文质兼美的课文解剖成几块，无非是什么时代背景、段落结构、思想意义、写作方法、艺术特色等老套路，结果就是把教参搬上了黑板。有的老师教学方法较单调，习惯于滔滔不绝地讲，间或提几个问题，也是最简单的“是不是”“好不好”之类学生闭着眼睛都能回答上来的问题。如今多媒体教学被广泛地运用到课堂上，但一些老师只是将其当作作秀或板书的替代，让多媒体教学失去了其存在的价值。

瑞士心理学家皮亚杰在自己的认知建构主义学习理论中，系统地表达了自主学习的思想。他认为，学习是学生主动构建内部心理表征的过程，教学过程应是促进学生自主参与的过程。因此，教师必须从学生的实际出发，改变讲课的方式和方法，引导学生动脑、动手、动口，参与到课堂教学的实践中来。例如在讲话剧《雷雨》一课时，笔者就让学生自己扮演剧中的角色，以此来加深对剧中人物的理解;讲《项链》一课，对女主人公玛蒂尔德悲剧的原因，同学们的意见分成两派，都希望说服对方，笔者就让学生当场辩论 ;在讲授散文《黄鹂》时，笔者让学生开展散文朗诵比赛;在讲授《林黛玉进贾府》一文时，曹雪芹的生花妙笔将人物形象刻画得栩栩如生，单凭书面文字，学生印象不够深刻，笔者就利用多媒体，播放了一段有关课文情节的电视剧视频，并设置了相关问题，让学生先观看再讨论。同学们有了兴趣，“听”的效率自然提高了。

二、运用多种形式培养学生“说”的能力

“说”是一种学生主动用语言来表达自己思想的技能技巧。这一点对职中学生较普中学生更为重要。除了求职面试，职中学生一进入社会就需要与人沟通交流，因此职中语文教材四册书都安排了口语交际的教学。但是相当一部分职中生语言组织能力弱，口头表达能力差。提高学生的口语交际能力，是语文新课改的突破口之一，也是职中语文教师应尽的责任。

我们要培养学生讲一口流利的普通话，这是语言表达的基础和前提。职业学校的学生在今后的工作和生活中，无论是求职还是与人打交道，普通话都有着不可替代的重要作用。一般说来普通话水平在小学阶段已基本定型，但随着知识的积累、阅历的增长，高中阶段还是有相当大的可塑性的，尤其是语言环境对提高普通话水平起着关键性的作用。

一是要求同学之间用普通话进行交流，相互监督，共同提高，长此以往，不但提高了普通话水平，还规范了文明用语。二是引导学生在日常生活中观察学习，积累言语资源。美国社会语言学家A·赫德森说：“应用它(语言)的有关规则或技巧绝大部分是从他人那里学来的。”因此，我们应教会学生善于观察，留心倾听。例如观看电视中的一些访谈节目、记者招待会等等，让学生加以观察、学习，从中汲取鲜活的经验，丰富自己的话语，掌握一定的技巧。三是通过多种途径和方式提高学生的口头表达能力。例如，利用每堂课的前3分钟，让学生进行自我介绍、自我举荐等;还可以结合教材上的语文综合实践活动，举行小型故事会、演讲会、辩论会、诗歌朗诵等以“说”为主的活动，既能够培养学生快速思维的能力、语言运用能力、思辨能力等，还能够锻炼学生的胆量，树立学生的自信心。

部分学生怕上语文课，其中一个原因就是怕“说”、不会“说”。如果教师能把这一问题解决好，让学生从“说不好”到“说不停”，那么学生自然而然就会对语文课感兴趣。

三、广泛培养学生“读”的能力

古人云：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”。培养学生的广泛阅读能力不但能提高学生的写作水平，对提高其语文素质也有重要意义。尤其应该加强学生的课外阅读，这可以拓宽学生的知识面，丰富思想和生活，激发学生的语文学习兴趣。但是读什么样的课外书籍，如何阅读课外书籍，也是一门不小的学问。

在“读书改变命运”的大气候影响下，大部分学生在初中乃至小学阶段就明白“多读书”“读好书”的重要性。但是知易行难，相当一部分职中学生在这方面还是有欠缺的。职中学生课业负担相对轻松了很多，很多学生放学后看书的时间多了，但看的还是“口袋书”“动漫报”，聊的总是“明星八卦”，读书趣味狭窄，品位不高。为了培养学生的读书趣味，丰富他们的思想内涵，笔者每学期都结合教材给学生开列书单。例如高一第一册书主要是诗歌、散文、小说、议论文的教学，笔者给学生开列的书单是：《徐志摩诗集》《朱自清散文选》《鲁迅杂文集》《莫泊桑短篇小说集》等。在阅读课外书籍时，不少学生有这样的感受：书是读了不少，但过眼就忘，作用不大。笔者告诉学生，阅读书籍要能“静心”，也就是全身心地投入进去，心无旁骛;看到好词好句要会“留心”，阅读时要将书中的好词好句加圈点、作记号，加深印象;咬文嚼字要存“慧心”，阅读时要善于从中总结，获得感悟;读书学文要有“恒心”，读书要有长久计划，持之以恒。如果能做到这四有“心”人，定会气质日渐芳华，写作如有神助。教师要注重培养学生养成良好的课外阅读习惯，做到读后有所悟、有所感、有所创新，提高课外阅读的广度和深度。

四、实实在在地培养学生“写”的能力

在作文教学中，有的老师往往把题目及要求一布置，就由学生“八仙过海，各显神通”，显得甚是随意、无序，导致学生的写作较为被动。笔者认为，写作教学只有真真正正落到实处，才能提高学生的写作水平。

首先要重视实用文体的写作。实用文体与生活密切相关。对于职中生来讲，实用文体写作显得尤为重要。可以从最简单的请假条、留言条教起，到申请书、求职信，再到合同、调查报告等，让学生循序渐进地掌握实用文体的有关知识，直到会写为止。让学生真正领会到语文学科的工具性、实用性，从内心深处对语文课感兴趣。其次，化整为零，加强片段作文的练习。片段作文篇幅短小，形式多样，是培养学生的写作兴趣、提高学生写作水平的有效途径。教师可有意识地让学生通过不同体裁片段的练习，掌握写作技巧，提高遣词造句的能力。当然，培养学生的写作能力，光靠几堂语文课是远远不够的，要把阅读和写作结合起来，把生活体验和理论知识联系起来，开拓更为广阔的途径。

激发学生的语文学习兴趣，培养语文学习能力，真正提高职中学生语文素质，这对职中语文教师提出了更高的要求。语文教师只有不断提高自身素质，努力改进教学方法，才能不断提高语文教学的水平。

How to Solve the Problem of Heavy Traffic

Nowadays, China‘s cities are getting increasingly crowded. The rapid increase in population is being made worse by the steady influx of people from the rural areas seeking employment. As a result, heavy traffic is a big headache, with all the roads packed with cars, bicycles and pedestrians.

In my opinion, there are two ways to solve the problem. One is to build more and wider roads to make the public highways less crowded and speed up the flow of traffic. The other is to expand the number of public bus routes, so that more people can be transported and fewer people will have to travel by car or bicycle.

However, each of these solutions brings problems with it. The former may occupy too much land that could be used for farms or houses; the latter may cause inconvenience for long periods in bus lines. I think the best answer to the problem of heavy traffic is a combination of the two: build more roads in places where land is less useful, and at the same time increase the number of public bus routes.

Personal credit cards are becoming more common in China. Banks and other financial institutions are encouraging their customers to change the way they buy things. Credit cards, otherwise known as “plastic money”, are being offered on very good terms to encourage the change. Consumers will be able to “buy now, pay later”, and many see this as an advantage.

But people need to be careful. There are dangers associated with credit cards. Some people find it very easy to exceed their budget. They are tempted to purchase goods that they do not really need, and can become quickly overburdened by debt. The credit cards often charge a high rate of interest, which exacerbates the problems for these people.

However, used wisely credit cards can improve the quality of people’s lives. They can give people access to money to meet sudden unplanned expenses. Properly handled, they can let people control their expenditure and the monthly statements provide a record of where their money has gone.

这句话貌似亮点不多，顶多一个"hold"，但也是安全牌，容易理解。

三.得出最终结论的万能模板

很完全的答法，"take sth into consideration"短语的应用，加分。

"Take into account sth"短语似乎又比上句的"take sth into consideration"提升了一个层次。

3、Hence/Therefore, we'd better come to the conclusion that...因此，自然我们得出以下结论。。。

"Hence"一词用在文章中大气吧，但别平时口语中用，否则即使老外也用一种看老古董的眼神看你。。。再特意提一句："we'd better"在这里不是“不得不”或“最好”的意思，而是一种自然而然，水到渠成的得出结论。

短语"there is no doubt that"上线，同时运用我们的老朋友"as well as"增加看点。

去掉一个"high"，画风完全不一样，不用过去式，只需用"to do"来替代。

"there is no doubt that"+被动还是蛮经典的组合。

这句有些老生常谈，稍微不“常”的就是"essential" 替代了"important"。

Only+倒装，经典万能句式，还能看出点水平呢。

把人人都会的"I realized"升格为被动语态，省略了主语，监考老师绝对会眼前一亮的！
