皮肤性病科护理教学的几点体会皮肤护理课包括的专业理论知识多，专业操作技能广泛，学院非常重视基础护理和临床护理教学，所以要上好一堂生动的、高质量的皮肤护理课，教师的教学方法是关键。皮肤科患者由于某些疾病病程较长，影响病人的生活质量，病人心理压力较大，且疾病表现在外，视觉上难以被旁人接受，更增加了病人的心理负担，在皮肤护理教学中，学生往往有怕脏、怕传染的心理而影响其学习的积极性，故在临床护理教学中既要让护理学生学好皮肤病的基础理论，又要做好病人的基础护理，使病人舒适的同时，也要注重与病人的交流，缓解病人的心理压力，放松心情接受治疗，促进疾病的痊愈。现将皮肤科护理教学体会总结如下。 1 培养和激发护理学生学习的兴趣由于皮肤病总论概念性强，内容较单调。皮肤科外用药物多种多样，为提高学生学习热情，带教时笔者将本科内容与日常生活紧密联系起来，以此来调动学生的积极性。例如，在给学生展示外用药物实物剂型时，先给学生观看美容霜、防晒霜、珍珠霜等，然后讲解其组成、作用、适应证、用法及注意事项。在学习外用药物的剂型时，先给学生拿一瓶水——溶液剂型，一袋炉甘石粉——粉剂，然后将炉甘石粉倒入水中，形成洗剂，形象、生动地帮助学生记忆，从而激发了学生的学习兴趣。皮肤专科护理操作较多，如湿敷、封包、封闭及对创面处理等，应给予更多的耐心和讲解，可在操作示范后让护生从简单到复杂操作[1-2]，鼓励护生将自己所学知识运用到临床，自己先寻找护理的方法。这样不但加深对皮肤科护理知识的理解，同时又能有机地复习已学过的有关知识，使学习气氛活跃。 2 选课教学，教学相长教学过程包括教和学两个方面，是教和学的辨证统一。传统的临床医学教学模式强调以传授知识、经验和技能为目的，有利于教师把握教学方向，突出重点，其优点是很明显的，但也存在不少缺陷，如教学方法过死，教师授课中存在知识的灌输，这种灌输式教学方式容易养成学生仅仅接受现成知识，被动学习的习惯。如此培养出来的医学生可能基础理论和基本技能较好，而创新精神和创造能力不足，缺乏临床应对问题、解决问题的能力。而皮肤护理的学生在实际的临床工作中要不断面对各种皮损，甚至是几种皮损集中在同一个体身上，学生能否运用所学知识正确分析解决问题如果不能学生就没有积极性，就很难达到预期的目的。实践证明，根据教学大纲和教学内容，选几节课，让学生讲讲，设置一定的情景，以直观、形象、生动的方式，使学生融入到特定的情景中去，引导学生参与教学的全过程，加深护生对系统理论的深刻理解和对实际操作的感性认识，设身处地地思考问题，解决问题[3]。这样做不仅使讲课学生得到了锻炼，其他同学听起来亲切、可信，而且学生的讲课方法对教师也很有启发，有利于教师改进教法。 3 充分利用多种教学方法在皮肤性病学授课过程中充满了大量形态的描述，许多皮肤病难以用语言、文字描述清楚。而皮肤性病中绝大多数疾病都有比较特异的皮损，皮损的性质、形态、分布、排列是疾病诊断的重要依据，所以对皮损的掌握就显得尤为重要。因此。笔者合理安排教时间，尽量在讲完典型临床表现之后，即时给学生观看典型皮疹的图谱或者是电视录像、幻灯片等，然后根据典型临床表现导出该病护理要点。例如。天疱疮的患者可能有水疱、脓疱、糜烂、渗出、结痂等多种皮损，讲完后利用 3～5 分钟导入病例，请学生分析后说出其护理诊断和护理要点。由理论联系实际，学生学习热情高涨，发言积极，最后由教师总结、矫正。 4 注重沟通技巧与合作能力的培养随着现代护理学的发展，护理模式由“以疾病为中心”的功能护理模式发展为“以病人为中心”的整体护理模式，护理服务对象不仅包括病人，还包括健康人群。新的护理模式对现代护理的教育手段和教育方法提出了更新、更高的要求[4]。要取得患者的信任和配合，掌握沟通技巧，加强心理护理，体现人文关怀，才能收集第一手的临床病例资料，这光靠良好的服务是不够的，因此要教会护生如何与患者进行沟通，例如：在进行荨麻疹病例分析时，强调除了要告知患者不要进食鱼、虾、蛋等过敏食物，还应与家属交往、沟通，不予患者进食该类食物，避免一切可疑的诱发因素；面对病情比较特殊的如性病患者，要事先准备好良好的沟通环境，在尽量没有第三者在场的情况下进行沟通，解除思想顾虑，告诉患者要将病情如实告知医务人员才能尽快治愈疾病，告知性伴侣应禁止性生活、注意隔离污染物。在取得患者信任以后，对患者进行健康教育，指导患者生活注意事项，使患者坚持治疗，取得事半功倍的效果[5]。参考文献： [1] 石英提高护生临床教学质量之我见 [J] 局解手术学杂志，2003，12(1):6-7 [2]林雪峰，刘凤琴皮肤科护理带教模式的改革初探[J]哈尔滨医药，2002，22(5): [3]王长远，秦俭，王晶，孙长怡情景教学法在急诊心肺复苏教学中的应用[J]实用预防医学，2007，6(3):927- [4]张瑞莹，孙亚男，刘君，等在《基础护理学》教学中运用任务驱动教学法的方法探究[J]中华护理教育，2008，5(3):109- [5] 孙晓英皮肤科护理带教方法探讨 [J] 卫生职业教育，2004，19:
