中国英文期刊投稿

《英语广场》省级知网首页可查，SCD期刊，目前正常收21年2-3月的刊期，另外有个别年内版面可以免费加急到年底出刊，注意他的版面是按字算，不是字符。
《现代英语》万方收录的期刊，只收英语高教的文章。如果是文学的，如果必须是年内的。

理论上是不可以的。任何公开发表的学术内容，不论会议还是期刊，英文还是中文，都只能发表一次。否则就是一稿多投。但是现在监管很松，英文文章用中文在国内再发一遍，也没人看得出，看出来也没人管。
