医学sci一区期刊
sci分区和影响因子都是权衡科研质量的重要标准。一区二区三区四区是sci期刊的分区，sci期刊的分区有两种，一种是jcr的分区，另一个是中科院的分区，这两类分区很类似，都是分为四个区，分区的标准也都是期刊的影响因子，至于不同区的期刊的区别，很显然的区别就是这四个区是按照影响因子由高到低排序的。
一区期刊是影响因子最高，学术价值最高，影响力最大的期刊，四区期刊就是四个区中影响因子最低的一类刊物。一般能发表一区的都是一些专家学者、知名大学教授、或者一些在本专业内有一定影响力的科研工作者。
二区期刊仅次于一区期刊，二区期刊国内作者发表的就相对多一些了，目前国内一些标准中明确要求发表二区及以上期刊，所以二区是很多国内作者的首选，二区期刊发表难度略小，但也要看具体的学科和具体的期刊，一般的规律是二区期刊较一区期刊容易一些。
三区四区期刊的发表难度就会更低一些，但三区四区期刊在国内有些许争议，就是因为上述我们提到的硬性要求，有些单位和高校是不认可二区以下的刊物的.
多数mdpi期刊在sci所处的分区都在三区四区
被sci检索收录的刊物是几区期刊，这要看具体的刊物了，多数mdpi期刊在sci所处的分区都在三区四区，当然还要看具体的分区标准，也有-些优质刊物在一区二区，中科院分区和jcr分区情况是有所不同的，同一刊物在两种标准中可能会处于不同的分区，因此判断一个刊物属于哪个分区，一定要结合具体的刊物才行。

法律分析：sci 一区、二区 、三区、四区指的是SCI论文分区，SCI期刊分区影响较为广泛的有两种：一种是 Thomson Reuters 公司制定的分区（简称汤森路透分区）；第二种是中国科学院国家科学图书馆制定的分区（简称中科院分区）。汤森路透分区，汤森路透每年出版一本《期刊引用报告》（Journal Citation Reports，简称JCR）。JCR对86 000多种SCI期刊的影响因子（Impact Factor）等指数加以统计。JCR将收录期刊分为176个不同学科类别。每个学科分类按照期刊的影响因子高低，平均分为Q1、Q2、Q3和Q4四个区：各学科分类中影响因子前25%(含25%)期刊划分为Q1区，前25%～50% (含50%)为Q2区，前50%～75% (含75% )为Q3区， 75%之后的为Q4区。汤森路透分区中期刊的数量是均匀分为四个部分。中科院分区，中科院将数学、物理、化学、生物、地学、天文、工程技术、医学、环境科学、农林科学、社会科学、管理科学及综合性期刊13 大类。然后，将13大类期刊分各自为4 个等级，即4 个区。按照各类期刊影响因子划分，前5% 为该类1 区、6% ～ 20% 为2 区、21% ～ 50% 为3 区，其余的为4 区。在中科院的分区中，1区和2区杂志很少，杂志质量相对也高，基本都是本领域的顶级期刊。法律依据：《教育部、科技部印发的通知》 一、准确理解SCI论文及相关指标。SCI（Science Citation Index，科学引文索引）是国内外广泛使用的科技文献索引系统。SCI论文是发表在SCI收录期刊上的论文，相关指标包括论文数量、被引次数、高被引论文、影响因子、ESI（基本科学指标数据库）排名等，不是评价学术水平与创新贡献的直接依据。
