直接问。外国人很直接的。没必要跟对中国人一样婉转。如果你怕太强硬，多用点may啊could之类的词，结尾再谢谢他，说你很喜欢这个刊物，就行了。如果他一直在忙着审稿，他就会回复你正在忙，如果没有再做，估计就不理你了……他们就是这么直接~，放心好了。
