The title of my paper is On the Significance of Drama Method in the Improvement of English Learning in Chinese Rural Junior High School. I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons. First of all, I really want to be a teacher, so during the four years, I have read many books about how to become a good teacher. Secondly, when I was a freshman in the summer of 2008, I was chosen as a teaching assistant of the summer camp which was organized by the New Oriental English School in Shijiazhuang. In the summer camp, I rewrote a script of an English drama to be one of the programs of the open ceremony. It was very popular among those students. They thought it was very interesting. In 2010, I was practiced as an English teacher at Chenguantun Middle School in Qinhuangdao, I found that the students have little interest towards English learning, so I hoped I could help them. So I use the Drama Method as my teaching method. Almost all of the students were highly motivated by the interesting teaching method and they have made great progress in the exam one month later. So the research proved that the Drama Method can be used as an effective teaching method. For the above facts, I select the subject of On the Significance of Drama Method in the Improvement of English Learning in Chinese Rural Junior High School as the title of my paper. I hope by studying this topic we can find an effective teaching method to help all the students’ English learning in junior high school.

Next, it is an outline of my paper. In the main part of this paper, I divide it into five parts.

Part one presents an introduction to identify the major problem of junior high school students’ English learning problems

一、选题缘由、目的

向量进入中学数学教材，是近几十年来国内外教学改革的一个主要特征.空间向量引入立体几何是数学课程改革的重点之一，它是一个具有几何和代数双重身份的概念，具有特别广泛的教育价值.用它来解决部分立体几何问题，可以大大降低难度，激发学生的学习兴趣，有利于学生在学习中获得成功的体验.我们的教师在空间向量这一部分的教学中的难点和焦点在于:空间向量在立体几何中如何运用?空间向量在立体几何教材中怎样安排?如何在立体几何的教学中，正确处理好空间向量和传统方法的关系?怎样设计这部分知识的教学才能帮助学生更好地理解本部分的内容?为此我进行了高中立体几何空间向量教学实践摸索.

首先，就论文的选题而言：黑水城文书数量丰富，具有很高的史料价值，但目前学界对黑水城文书的研究尚处于起步阶段，尤其是对其中法制文书的研究，更为薄弱，没有相关的研究专著，研究论文也仅有4篇，所以我的毕业论文选取黑城法制文书中的《失林婚书案文卷》作为研究对象，《失林婚书案文卷》是黑城法制文书中保存较为完整，保存文字最多的文卷，它比较能够反映元代的一些法制问题，并且至今没有人专门研究过。期望经过对《失林婚书案文卷》的研究能弥补元代法制史研究的一些空白和不足，在元代法制状况的研究方面有所突破。

其次，就论文的资料而言：黑城文书属于原始资料，十分珍贵。李逸友先生在《黑城出土文书(汉文文书卷)》一书中公布了部分黑城文书的录文，并附有图片。但录文中有一些讹误之处，并且附的图片数量有限。为此，导师杜教师曾专门带我们到内蒙古考古所，一一核对文书原件，同时也补充了一些李逸友先生没有公布的新资料。所以就本篇论文所用的资料来说，相对而言，十分全面、可靠、准确，在此基础上进行的研究和得出的研究成果也就比较有价值。

下头我谈谈论文的主要资料。本篇论文主要包括三部分：

第一部分：《失林婚书案文卷》释校。主要是对照文书原件和拍的影印件，严格按照原文书的格式，将文书全文进行录文。并对文书进行了校勘和考释。其中纠正了李逸友先生录文中的一些错讹衍漏之处，大概更正的有近50处。另外，结合相关的地理，职官，文书书写格式等知识，补正文书缺失文字20处。

第二部分：《失林婚书案文卷》中法制用语考释。有关元代法制语言的资料保存下来的不多，主要就是《元典章·刑部》，长期以来，学术界主要就是围绕《元典章》来研究元代的法制语言。《失林婚书案文卷》能够说是元代法制语言资料的一个重要补充。它完整的保存了失林婚书一案的原始的审案记录，是第一手的法制语言资料，真实可信，最能反映元代法制语言的原貌。本文对其中的一些重要的法制用语进行了考释。考释的主要词语有：“执照”、“取责”、“执结”、“开坐”、“施行”、“根勾”、“招伏”、“取问”、“干照”、“取覆”、“备细”等等。这对于文书的释读和研究，对于研究元代语言史都具有重要价值。

第三部分：《失林婚书案文卷》反映的社会历史问题。这部分是论文的主体。主要研究了三个方面的问题。

第一个问题：是关于元代法律文状的书写格式。元代法律文状的书写格式在《元典章》中有少量例子，在《元代法律资料辑存》中的《告状新式》和《写状法式》中有所规定，但都不系统完整。《失林婚书案文卷》完整地保存了元代不一样司法文状，其中有原告的诉状，有传讯审问被告和证人时官吏记录的取状，有被告的识认状，还有收管犯人的承管状和责领状等等，基本上包括了元代各种常用的司法文状。本文主要是在对《失林婚书案文卷》进行仔细研读的基础上，先根据文书的资料判定每件文书分别属于什么文状，对它们进行列表分类，然后对每一种文状的书写格式和基本要求进行总结。这对于研究元代法律文状的书写格式具有重要价值。

第二个问题：是关于《失林婚书案文卷》反映的元代的司法程序。失林婚书案是一个以婚书为中心的案件，虽然是一个个案案例，但也基本上能够代表和反映元代民事诉讼案件的一般审理程序，例如案件的审理需要经过：理解诉状，传唤当事人和证人;开庭审理案件，调查取证;官员合议并宣判案件审理结果这样几个环节。能够说，《失林婚书案文卷》是研究元代民事诉讼案件十分珍贵，十分难得的资料。经过研究，我发现有以下几个问题值得注意：

1、失林婚书案的审理程序基本上贴合元代法律的规定，严谨、认真，判决结果也较为合理。并且，即使在当时红巾军起义已经波及到亦集乃路周遍地区的情景下，这个案件的审理仍在有条不紊的进行。

2、审理案件是一种“圆署”制度，也就是由相关官员一齐商量合议作出判决，而不是由某个人单独决定。这也体现了司法公正。

3、关于案件的审理时限，元代法律是有明确规定，但失林婚书一案从原告上诉到结案，一共仅用了十天时间，可见，亦集乃路官府办案效率是比较高的。

4、失林婚书一案没有进行“约会”审理，元代法律规定涉及到不一样户籍的人之间的诉讼案件，应由不一样户籍所属的机构协调共同处理，约会审理。案件中原告阿兀是回回人，但主管回回刑名诉讼的机构——回回哈的司并未参与案件的审理，这也印证了史书上记载的元末回回哈的司已不再管理回回人的刑名词讼。

第三个问题：是关于《失林婚书案文卷》反映的元代的文书管理制度。元代官员以公文案例作为处理政务的依据，所以元代政府重视档案文书的管理，但关于元代文书的具体管理情景，正史中仅有零星记载，相关的资料也很少。《失林婚书案文卷》中对此问题有所体现。所以本文经过《失林婚书案文卷》，对元代文书的管理机构，管理人员、文书的入库程序以及文书的管理方法等进行了总结和研究。

以上是《失林婚书案文卷》反映的主要的社会历史问题。此外，经过研究发现《失林婚书案文卷》还反映出元代社会一些特有的问题和现象。例如：

1、妇女地位。一方面元代妇女的法律地位很低。但另一方面，从思想观念而言，元代社会对妇女离婚、改嫁持宽容和开明的态度。

2、回回人地位。政治上享有特权，经济上善于经商，活动区域遍及全国各地。

3、元代的户籍制度。元代的户籍制度是诸色户计，十分复杂，经过《失林婚书案文卷》可知，该制度在亦集乃路实行过，但因元末农民起义，户籍制度日益混乱。

三、论文的结构

全文总共分为5个部分，将近5万字。

第三部分是对新时期乡村电影流变的分析。纵观新时期以来20多年的乡村电影，就其自身创作和所引起的社会反响来看，是经历了一个始则兴盛、其间沉寂、而后又声音渐起的一种状态。

第四部分是对新时期乡村电视剧兴盛的分析。80年代是乡村电视剧的起步阶段，90年代后逐渐兴盛，特别是新世纪的作品如雨后春笋般涌现出来。本文统计了90年代后农村电视剧的播出情况，对收视率进行了调查，并对热播现象进行了探究。

第五部分是对新时期乡村影视的文化含蕴和审美特征的分析。新时期乡村影视在审美特征上，表现出唯美化的造型风格和散文式的情节结构，而乡村影视呈现出城市化、娱乐化趋向，这是消费文化对乡村影视的冲击和影响所致。

经过本次论文写作，本人学到了许多有用的东西，也积累了不少经验。但由于学疏才浅，能力不足，加之时间和精力有限，在许多内容表述、论证上存在着不当之处，与老师的期望还相差甚远。许多问题还有待进一步思考和探究，借此答辩机会，万分恳切地希望各位老师能够提出宝贵的意见，多指出我的错误和不足之处，本人将虚心接受，从而不断进一步深入学习研究，使该论文得到完善和提高。

在论证浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力及其竞争优势的时候，我主要分析浙江省产业集群的几个关系，比如企业集聚与生产效率、国际竞争力的关系，集群竞争力与竞争压力、创新能力的关系，“区位品牌”与集群竞争力的联系等。而出口优势产业集群竞争力的决定因素也常规的从国家层面、集群层面、企业层面 “先大角度再小口径”地分析。

这篇大学生毕业论文对浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力指标分析也主要集中在第三部分，这也是我对策研究的理论根据。其中包括集群占浙江省近几年六成左右的主要经济指标----浙江省03~xx年的进出口额，浙江省出口优势产业集群中主要企业在各地区的分布情况，例举温州民营中小企业对海外市场进入方式偏好，而竞争力指标也主要围绕贸易竞争力指标(tc指数)，出口分散度等进行论述。并进一步提出浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的制约因素。这些都是浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策提出的基础。

论文的重心也是通过以上的分析来给出提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策。我借鉴了大学经济类科目的主要归纳方法，分别从政府、企业、行业协会三个角度来提出相应的对策。也可以说是宏观与微观对策的双重分析来应答如何提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力。

在写完这篇论文的时候，自己感觉条理上还不是很严谨，出现了一些观点的重复，对一些具体数据的收集还有许多不足，使得这篇论文在对浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的的思考还停留在比较粗浅的层面，不论在理论方面，还是在实践方面都有许多问题需要继续进行深入、细致地探索。但也因为通过写这篇论文使我对浙江的出口优势产业集群的分布、产业集群状况及出口总体概况有了大致的了解，大学本专业所学的部分知识也重新被认识与肯定，因此也可以说一篇论文使我受益匪浅。

The whole thesis consists of 6 parts. The topic of my thesis is 《Angela carter to mythology research - the female archetype in “new eve passion”, for example》. I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons.

Angela Carter (1940-1992) is an outstanding feminist writer whose influence on Britishwomen's writing was “pivotal in this opening and transformation” [“23]. The year 2014 represents the 22”^ anniversary of Angela Carter's death. In those twenty-two years, her works have been widely taught internationally and brought about much critical debate. In a survey conducted by Cristina Bacchilega and Danielle M. Roemer [2],Carter is one of the most commonly taught women writers on North American programs. 我所研究的小课题名为“中学政治课中多媒体辅助教学有效性研究”，接下来我将从以下四大方面对我的开题报告做出阐述和汇报。这四个方面分别是：第一，本课题研究的背景和意义;第二，课题名称的界定和解读;第三，课题研究的步骤和举措;第四，课题的成果预期和呈现。

首先，让我们来看其中的第一大问题：本课题研究的背景和意义。我想先来谈谈我选择本课题的缘由。

作为一名80后，虽然在自己的高中之前很少有机会接触到电脑，而且在自己的中小学生涯中也确实很难见到以多媒体为辅助的课堂教学，然而在我的本科和研究生阶段，由于学习和生活的需要，计算机的基本操作和使用对我个人而言也并不陌生。但是，我并没有想到的是毕业之后进入中学担任政治教师以来，计算机会成为我如此亲密的工作伙伴，成为自己在日常教学和备课过程中必不可少的一项工具。

在陕师大锦园中学任教以来，我亲眼见着多媒体在中学课堂中的普及，结合着自己亲身使用的经验，我经常都在思考，多媒体在中学的政治课中到底应当如何恰当地被使用，多媒体辅助教学的有效性到底如何才能在最大的程度上得以发挥?按照常理而言，多媒体以其强大的功能带给我们教学的应当是同样强大的辅助效果，那么我到底是为什么会对多媒体辅助教学的'有效性产生质疑呢?这是因为在我观察多媒体被使用的过程中感觉到了一些问题的存在。

大家好!很荣幸本次“西安市基础教育‘十二五’规划小课题开题报告会”在我校举行，能让我近距离聆听专家老师对课题研究的专业解读，本次，我所承担的课题名称是《幼儿观察能力的培养研究》。在九月份开题报告上传的第三天，我便欣喜的看到我的指导老师杨老师对我的肯定与鼓励，让我对本次课题研究充满信心。同时杨老师也指出了不足，如对幼儿的界定阐述不够清楚，我也及时的做了调整，同时更明确了自己本次课题研究的目的，让自己的研究有了更强的针对性。

一、有关概念、研究背景及研究意义。

观察是幼儿认识自然和从社会中获取直接经验的重要途径。幼儿从出生，就积极地向周围世界进行探索。《纲要》指出3岁儿童就对周围世界充满强烈好奇心。但是，生活中我们会发现：有些孩子对周围事物总是充满好奇，向成人问这、问那;而有的则对眼前的变化“视而不见”，这让孩子失去了认识世界、探索世界的机会，影响了孩子的发展。因此，观察力的培养和发展对幼儿自主探索世界具有重大意义，是智慧开启的重要能源。

研究意义：观察能力是人们思维、想象、理解、表达等能力发展的基础和前提。幼儿园开展的各项活动也都离不开观察，观察对于开阔幼儿的眼界，丰富幼儿的知识，促进幼儿智力的发展都具有十分重要的作用。但观察并非随意看看，是有目、有计划的，旨在通过这样一种智力活动去揭示观察对象的内在规律。只有具备持续的观察能力才能保证孩子对世界的高度敏感性，获取丰富的感知材料，并对这些进行分析和整理，得到理性的认识，由此加深对事物的认识和理解。观察力是人们在观察实践中或有关训练中形成的能力，因此，观察能力需要我们有意识的培养。

幼儿在进入大班这个年龄阶段，已初步形成水平不高的观察力，但在这时期的观察力具有如下特点：

1、观察过于笼统：幼儿观察事物，往往有两种偏向;注意事物轮廓，忽视细节;或者注意某些细节，而忽视整个轮廓。

2、观察不稳定：由于幼儿观察缺乏目的性，观察过程中受周围情景的干扰大，加上注意不稳定，所以，他们的观察活动往往不稳定。

3、观察不深入：幼儿容易观察事物的表面现象，比较肤浅、粗乏抽象概括思维能力的组织和指导，因而很难把观察引向深入。

4、缺少观察方法：幼儿喜欢观察，但却不知如何科学地观察。

二、课题研究的主体内容

根据幼儿观察的特点我们需要采取科学有效的方法促进其观察能力的进一步提高：

1、掌握幼儿观察能力的发展规律，取得培养幼儿观察能力的主动权。

2、有效地对幼儿进行引导、启发、鼓励，创设良好的观察环境以激发幼儿观察的兴趣。

3、教会幼儿的观察方法。

4、通过多种形式的观察活动，让幼儿在实践中接触各种事物，观察各种现象，丰富其认知。

5、在幼儿园里形成良好的观察氛围。

各位评委教师，同学们：

上午好!我是__学院中文系03本2班的学生__。我的毕业论文的题目是《再论苏轼寓惠散文》，我的指导教师是曹国安讲师。我当初之所以选择研究苏轼的寓惠散文，主要是因为苏轼是我比较喜欢的一个作家，他是我国文化发展史上一位多才多艺的“全能”式的通才，在散文创作方面，他更是是继欧阳修之后，宋代诗政策新运动的卓越领导者和文坛领袖，唐宋散文八大家之一。他的散文代表了北宋古诗文运动的最高成就。

在苏轼四十多年的文艺创作生涯中，他写了很多的散文，含括了众多的体裁品类。苏轼在寓惠期间，不仅仅创作了很多的诗词，同时也写了不少散文作品，包括书信在内共有326篇。这些寓惠散文作品便成了我研究此课题的最直接的文本基础。此外，在大学学习期间，我选修了苏轼寓惠研究方面的相关课程，对苏轼在贬谪惠州的相关事宜有必须的了解，也积累了必须的写作素材，有利于该课题的研究和写作工作的开展。

我的论文《再论苏轼寓惠散文》主要从苏轼的散文及其寓惠期间的时代背景入手，着手从苏轼的思想品格和人生哲学的角度，结合苏轼寓惠散文的具体作品进行分析，去探讨苏轼寓惠散文的资料题材和艺术特色，并尝试挖掘出苏轼寓惠散文的文化价值来。

具体说来，我的论文分为以下五个部分：

第一部分主要是总体上介绍苏轼散文创作及其在寓惠期间的贬谪生活经历和散文创作。

第二部分主要从四个方面去阐述苏轼寓惠散文的资料题材。苏轼寓惠散文取材广泛，资料丰富，蕴意深邃，感情真挚，充满理趣。或写景状物，寄寓深远;或谈经论道，释说世理;或叙古述今，慨叹人生;或缅怀亲友，诉说真爱。

第三部分主要从五个方面去阐述苏轼寓惠散文的艺术特色。苏轼寓惠散文，艺术形式灵活多变，笔锋清新自然，感情真挚恳切，寓意深远理趣，语言平淡简朴，具有独特的艺术特色。具体表现为：“文理自然，姿态横生，闲适旷达，浑然天成;情如泉涌，随物赋形;辞达;命题立意，新颖深刻，高远幽邃;沉稳渐熟，平淡简朴。”五方面的资料。

第四部分则简明地阐述了苏轼寓惠散文具有三方面的文化价值，包括：苏轼寓惠散文是后人研究苏轼寓惠经历的重要历史文献;苏轼寓惠散文是他晚年文艺思想、审美情趣发生转变的佐证;苏轼寓惠散文是苏轼所有散文的重要组成部分。

第五部分主要是毕业论文结束语。

上午好!

我是__班的___，我的论文题目是《___》。这篇论文是在我的指导教师___教师的悉心指点下完成的，在这段时间里，_教师对我的论文进行了详细的修改和指正，并给予我许多宝贵的意见和提议。在那里，我对她表示我最真挚的感激和敬意!下头我将这篇论文的写作研究意义、结构及主要资料、存在的不足向各位教师作简要的陈述，恳请各位教师批评指导。

首先，我想谈谈为什么选这个题目及这篇文章的研究意义。

我当时之所以选择《企业坚持持续盈利本事研究》这个题目是因为随着经济全球化和信息技术的发展，企业赖以生存和发展的环境发生了巨大的变化，在中国很多企业都因为不能适应这种变化而走向衰退。如何使企业既能坚持目前的发展，又能在未来依然取得良好的发展势头等持续发展问题，引起各界越来越多的重视。所以，我们无论从社会财富创造、国民经济发展、国家财政收入、充裕就业机会、提升市场竞争力等哪一个方面去进行考察，都需要对其不断地进行研究，以不断提升企业持续、稳定发展的本事，从而促进我国经济更快的发展。

其次，我想谈谈这篇文章的结构和主要资料。

我的论文主要分为以下四个部分：

第一部分，主要概述了企业的盈利本事的涵义，之后又从企业的生命周期角度阐述了企业一旦失去持续盈利的本事，根本就无法维持生命，突出了持续盈利本事对企业发展的重要性，持续发展已成为企业生存最基本的保障。我们应在企业消亡和终结前，尽可能地延长企业的寿命，使其在有限的生命周期内实现其最大的价值。这既是对企业的盈利本事概念的补充和完善，也为下文进行深入论述打下了基础。

第二部分，着重分析了哪些因素影响了企业坚持持续盈利的本事，主要有以下四个方面：一、恶心竞争;二、战略规划缺失;三、缺乏现代企业制度和科学管理体系;四、企业家浮躁的心态。

第三部分，主要从外因和内因两个方面分析了我国企业坚持持续盈利本事的现状，并对企业中存在的问题做了原因分析，指出外因只是对企业的发展存在必须程度的影响，并不是制约企业发展的决定因素。而真正制约企业发展的瓶颈还是在于企业内部，并且具有普遍性。

第四部分，主要是针对前文所提到的影响企业坚持持续盈利本事的因素和现存企业中存在的几个主要问题，提出了相应的解决对策：

1.不断创新，回避恶性竞争;

2.加强企业的战略规划，制定可持续发展战略;

3.建立完善的核心制度和科学管理体系;

4.企业家要具有企业家精神和良好的心态;

5.塑造优秀企业文化 ;

6.高瞻远瞩，树立远大发展意识。同时，也将论文的结构作了最终的收尾和完善，使论文整体结构完整，论述合理。

最终，我想谈谈这篇文章存在的不足。

在这篇论文的写作过程中，我尽可能多的收集资料，虽然从中学到了许多有用的东西，也积累了不少经验，但由于自我学识浅薄，认识本事不足，在理解上有诸多偏颇和浅薄的地方;也由于理论功底的薄弱，存有不少逻辑不畅和辞不达意的问题;加之时间紧迫和自我的粗心，与教师的期望相差甚远，许多问题还有待于进一步思考和探索，借此答辩机会，万分恳切的期望各位教师能够提出宝贵的意见，多指出这篇论文的错误和不足之处，我将虚心理解，从而进一步深入学习研究，使该论文得到完善和提高。

我叫___，__级汉语言文学专业学员，在___学校任教六年级语文，兼备课组组长。我所撰写的论文题目是：论《围城》方鸿渐形象的现实意义，我的指导教师是进修学校副校长___教师。从确定选题、拟定题纲、完成初稿，到最终定稿，我得到了谌教师精心细致的指导，使我很快掌握了论文的写作方法，并能在较短的时间里迅速完成论文的写作。不管今日答辩的结果如何，我都会由衷的感激指导教师的辛勤劳动，感激各位评委教师的批评指正。

选择《围城》这本小说作为我的毕业论文的写作题材，一方面是因为我对这本小说比较的喜欢，包括由这本小说改篇而成的电视剧。的确，《围城》是一个富有人生哲理和重大社会意义的命题，它向人们说明40年代中国社会的动荡、黑暗和病态，使恋爱、结婚、家庭成为“鸟笼”和“城堡”，寓意仅有冲破自身的局限和昏暗社会的“围城”，把个人的命运和整个民族、国家的命运结合在一齐，才会有新的生路。《围城》不愧为一部寓意深刻、发人深省的好作品。另一方面，结合当今社会现实，许多的现象也与《围城》中的描述场景有一些的相似，揭示其中的联系，警示世人，以倡导真、善、美的人性和理性的人生，也是我想经过自我的写作给社会的一次贡献。

我在这篇论文中，主要采用了资料分析和现实比较的写作手法，各阶段安排依照先典型分析(即具体事例分析)，具体对照现象，展现警示，再综合论述，阐明现实意义的层次进行。具体结构如下：

第一个方面，着重从方鸿渐两件典型的事例(即___和谈恋爱)，联系到当今社会两种不良现象(即不学无术和性开放)，以警示世人，这部分用词颇多，篇幅较长。第二个方面，综合阐述方鸿渐在社会大背景下的感情、家庭、事业三个方面的思想性格，意图说明无论在什么样的环境下，如果缺乏主动性，缺乏自主有为的精神，缺乏坚定的性格和健全的人格，是很容易被环境和他人左右的，一个人仅有将自身的发展置于社会

经济文化发展的大熔炉里，事业才会有所成功;一个家庭，仅有在安定平和的社会大环境下，削除了社会的重压，家庭成员之间相互谅解，家庭生活才会真诚和自由。这部分语言精练，立意高远。

在提纲的完成过程中，我得到了谌教师的详细指导，观点进一步得到了提炼，对现实社会某些现象的观察和分析也进一步深入。初稿完成后，谌教师又详细地审阅了全文，对一些用词不当的地方，观点不明朗的地方提出了指正。最终正式定稿后，谌教师又认真地提示了论文打印的格式以及一些注意事项。

正是在教师的着力指导下，在本人细致的研究下，我结合当今社会现实的某些现象，发现了《围城》所蕴含的警示意义和指导意义。关于《围城》的有关论著相当地多，但以其人物形象的现实融合来确定研究方向，应当是我的一个创新之点。

本篇论文已经完成，虽然不是很尽人意，还有许多的地方需要更全面的改善，但总的来说，在撰写的过程中，我真实地学到了许多东西，更进一步丰富了自我的知识，自我的认识也有了相当的提高。

一、选题缘由、目的

随着经济全球化和贸易自由化进程的加速发展，技术性贸易壁垒正逐步代替关税和非关税壁垒，成为新的贸易障碍，而在今后很长一段时期内将对我国的出口贸易产生越来越大的影响。近年来，各种形式的技术性贸易壁垒的出台，导致我国出口竞争力受到极大影响。农业是海南省经济的支柱产业之一，今年国务院关于加快推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的意见中，六大战略定位之一就是要把海南建成国家热带现代农业基地，这更加显现了加快海南农产品出口的重要性。造成海南农产品出口不畅的原因很多，而进口国设置越来越严格的技术性贸易壁垒是海南省农产品出口的最主要障碍。所以本文根据海南省农产品出口遭受技术贸易壁垒影响的具体情景，综合分析如何应对和跨越技术贸易壁垒，并提出可供借鉴的措施和路径。

二、资料收集准备工作

自____年__月上旬选定题目后，为了完成论文，本人进行了很多的资料收集，有来自网上的论文期刊，图书馆的书目，最主要是来自于海南的新闻网站。在____教师的指导下，经过阅读资料，拟定提纲，调研，写开题报告初稿、定稿，毕业论文初稿、修改等一系列程序，于____年_月正式定稿。

三、论文的结构

全文总共分为五个部分，约一万五千多字：

第一部分是引言，该部分主要介绍了课题的研究背景和意义，还有国内外对本课题的研究状况。

第二部分重点介绍了海南农产品对外贸易的研究状况。其中包括海南出口的特色农产品及特点，农产品出口的市场结构特征和海南农产品的竞争优势。

第三部分介绍了海南农产品遭遇技术性贸易壁垒的状况。分析了其遭遇技术性贸易壁垒的总体状况和海南主要出口农产品遭遇技术性贸易壁垒的状况。

第四部分，主要介绍了海南农产品遭遇技术性贸易壁垒的原因，包括国际方面的因素和海南农产品自身存在的问题。

第五部分也就是文章的核心部分，主要介绍了海南农产品应对技术性贸易壁垒的对策提议。包括针对农产品进口国采取的措施和针对海南农产品自身存在问题采取的措施。

经过本次论文写作，本人学到了许多有用的东西，也积累了不少经验，但由于本人本事不足，加之时间有限，在许多资料表述、论证上存在着不当之处，许多问题还有待进行一步思考和探究，借此答辩机会，万分肯切的期望各位教师能够提出宝贵的意见，多指出我的错误和不足之处，本人将虚心理解，从而不断进一步深入学习研究，使该论文得到完善和提高。

首先，我想谈谈这个毕业论文设计的背景和意义。

色彩在生活中给我们的感受是最直接的，也是最敏感的。人的眼睛对色彩的感觉相对于其他图像来说具有更快的反映，说具体点就是眼睛对色彩的反映更强烈。每种色彩都具有不一样的特性，每个地区、民族及国家甚至每个人都会因为历史背景、文化背景和心理原因偏爱或禁忌某种颜色。大多数人应对色彩时的选择可能是纯粹的自我喜欢或是潜意识下的反应，然而这种潜意识中的选择其实是跟个人原因是有关联的。过去消费者对色彩的需求不是那么强烈，如今社会日益发展，人们的生活水品不断提高，多数人从满足生活需求上升到此刻对生活品质的追求，人们在消费的时候会根据自我的喜好选择自我要购买的产品，在使用性能差不多的时候，人们常会经过这个物品的视觉属性而产生购买产品的原因，色彩属性是视觉属性中一个重要方面。所以，往往产品的颜色属性能对产品的吸引力产生了极大的影响。所以，为了满足消费者对于色彩感觉的需求，产品的设计者在此方面需要不断的深化研究，根据产品的特性、用途及文化内涵来选择出契合商品的色彩，从而刺激消费者的购买欲望，所以色彩的选择在产品的包装形象设计中至关重要。

我认为在当下的社会环境中，为了更好的在包装设计中用更突出、显著的色彩来表达自我的情感，使自我的作品能够一目了然的让观者明白，必须明确色彩的重要性以及带给人第一印象的直观感受，在包装设计中，如果我们较好的利用了相关色彩的感情规律，将会极大的唤起人们情感的共鸣，以及对相关产品的兴趣，最终使消费者产生购买欲。所以我们要对色彩产生的意义进行深入的研究，色彩的地域性和文化性就是其中至关重要的部分。

其次，我想谈谈这篇论文的结构和主要资料。

本文首先经过理论知识分析色彩的概念、特点、属性、分类和情感联想等一系列基本要素。其次是经过举例观察研究色彩地域文化这一特性，并且对包装设计的影响做出论述。在商品包装的设计过程中，色彩的选择对于在最终的成果展示中起着至关重要的作用，色彩的表现和运用能够最直接的传达视觉和心理的感受。现代包装设计作品中的都越来越重视色彩的选择和应用，这成为了设计师和生产厂商们一个重要的设计细节。我们在今后的设计工作中也必须将此放在一个不可忽略的位置来进行研究和设计。

最终，我想谈谈这篇论文存在的不足。

由于客观条件和自身理论知识、研究视野和实际研究水平的有限，在本研究中还存在很多的不足。
