firstly methodology：it includes three aspects: data variables and methodology date: this study investigates the significant corporate governance attributes that may affect the capital structure of non-financial firms listed on the karachi stock exchange pakistan during 2004-2008. and the final sample set consists of 775 observations for 155 firms over a period of five years.

this study employed panel data methodology(面板数据方式) because sample contained data across firms and over time

capital structure is positively related to board size、outside directors and ownership concentration. that is to say: a large board serve as a means to obtain support from external environment;

boards with more independent directors can take on more debt on favorable terms due to effective monitoring ;

block holders have more ability than dispersed shareholders to force management to take those actions that maximize the shareholder wealth.

After hearing the good news that China succeeded in the bid for hosting the 29th Olympic Games, he was so excited that he could not stop shedding tears, saying I had been waiting for the day since 1993, the happiest thing finally happened to China. It is with his spirit, passion, courage and strong sense of patriotism to China that we are taking our next step into the world.

Ladies and gentlemen, now I have a question for all of you who are sitting here. Do you still remember that memorable scene? Yes or no? Please put out your hands, let me see how many? Wow, a lot of people. The unforgettable moment is still lingering in your mind clearly.

At 10:08 . on July 13th, 20XX, Mr. Samaranch, the former President of the International Olympic Committee, announced in Moscow that the sponsoring city of the 29th Olympiad will be the city of Beijing. Just at the same time in China, the excitement rippled through the Olympic conference room into Beijing, into the city and into the whole nation. The Chinese, abroad or at home, celebrated the successful great moment in various ways, like hugging each other, jumping, yelling, crying, drinking, singing, dancing and parading on the streets in the midnight. Needless to say, one of the biggest opportunities given to China is the 2008 Olympic Games. Till now, we have used two sevenths of the preparation time. How much changes have you seen? New roads, new subway lines, public-exercising equipments with beautiful colors, large blocks of grass fields, and also lots of modern gyms which are under construction.

Other than those, there are even more good effects brought to us by the Olympic Games that cannot be seen directly. For example, more and more people will get to know China. I’m sure the mysterious Chinese culture will attract them strongly. And the games will also do good to the economy and environment, for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened. What is more, Olympic Games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of Chinese youth with the Olympic values and the Olympic spirit. Now that we have seen so many advances, could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?

I’ve already said a lot about the Olympics and China. But I think everyone should use some time to think of this question, ”Does the Olympic Games have any special meaning to you?”

For us, I mean the Chinese youth, 2008 Olympic Games is a tremendous gift. There is a wonderful word which expresses the most original motions and desires among human-beings. With solving any kind of imperfections, our world has moved ahead. This is the word “innovation” that we cannot afford to lose.

We chicaned every detail of the innovation. Thousands years before, we created fire when we took a stone to knock another one. Since Han Dynasty, four great inventions had been created and it is one of the greatest signs that China become to the ancient civilized country. And nowadays, thousands of software, products, architectures and public facilities have upgraded more than that about 100 years ago. So how did these happen? What will you do if you are not satisfied with your tools anymore? What will you do if old mode cannot afford to develop in a company? But I put more focus on the third part and point out two differences of ambiguity between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity.

The part six will point out positive results by using ambiguity deliberately in daily conversations, advertisements and literary works.

The last part is the conclusion.

I hope by this contrastive research, we will have a better understanding of ambiguity in English and Chinese and apply it to our life and study.

2014年1月23日，福泉市马场坪办事处纪工委书记杨刚，为了人民群众的生命和财产安全，葬身于熊熊的山火之中。在与火魔的搏斗中，烈火烧焦了他的衣裳，灼伤了他的每一寸肌肤。同志们来了，战友们来了，他却倒在了那片他深爱着的土地上。他用自己的生命践行了党和人民赋予的神圣职责，书写了一个纪检监察干部对党和人民的赤胆忠心。

时过两年的清明节前夕，我与几位同事，满怀着对英雄的敬仰，再次来到烈士牺牲之处。此刻，山坡上一片静穆，树枝上没有了噬人的火龙，草地上没有了飞舞的火花，岩石上也不见了火焰的灰烬，静谧的森林中，我仿佛看到了一座座镌刻着英雄姓名的崭新丰碑。

就在去年，贵定县监察局副局长宋梅同志的父亲和爱人分别查出患食道癌和晚期胃癌，面对如此残酷的现实，她一个女同志，除了照顾好生病的亲人外，还坚持带着我们几个年轻人开展农村养老保险专项监察。当时正值农忙季节，我们只能白天和包村干部一起进村入户、走进田间地头，逐一询问村民缴纳保险的情况，晚上利用村民回家的机会，宣讲政策、核对信息。

累了就坐在田埂上休息一会，渴了就喝一捧山间的泉水，饿了就拿出自带的饼干、包子嚼上几口，每天都要到晚上十一、二点才能休息。通过两个月的努力，我们挨家挨户对6个村、104个村民小组、3520户15504人缴纳养老保险基金的情况进行核查，查处了913人次91300元保险费没有及时入账的问题。

当我们召开村民大会，通报检查情况时，村民们异常激动，一位大娘拉着我的手满含热泪地说：“真是太感谢了，这可是我的养老钱啊，真是太感谢你们了……”群众感激的目光和质朴的话语，顿时让我觉得两个月来的艰辛付出是值得的，明显憔悴的副局长宋梅也露出了久违的笑容……

贵定县云雾镇纪委副书记李云，身患脑瘤在贵阳脑科医院做了开颅手术，刚一出院就回到工作岗位，和同事们一起深入开展民生监督专项核查工作。单位领导看到她身体虚弱，都劝她回家休养一段时间，然而，她却说，“离开了工作比做化疗还要痛苦，比做化疗还要可怕!”

关于内容：

1、一般概括性内容：课题标题、答辩人、课题执行时间、课题指导教师、课题的归属、致谢等;
