期刊论文修改延时申请

发表见刊的sci论文中，直接被录用的几率很低，大多数都需要经过修改，论文修改分大修、小修，大修修回的论文还需要审稿人审稿;小修修回的论文可能给审稿人，也可能编辑能决定是录用还是继续修改或是退稿，那么sci论文修回后多久给结果?目前还没有参考的标准答案，sci论文修回后有结果的时间都不一样。 sci修改内容或难度不同，不是所有作者都能够在规定时间内修回。需要申请延迟。那如何申请延迟sci修回时间?大修的时间比小修更长一些，但具体修回的时间，还是与修改内容的多少以及难度有关系。期刊方会视sci的实际情况，给出修回时间的期限。正常情况下，作者要在规定时间内，按照修改意见完成修改，并及时修回。但可能因为作者处理稿件周期长、修回时间短等原因，不能及时修回，需要申请延期，否则会直接失去被录用的机会。依照sci期刊的规定，sci修回时间是可以申请延迟的。作者发现完成sci修改需要的时间超过规定的修回期限，一定要提前给期刊编辑写邮件，说明不能及时修回的原因。作者与编辑耐心沟通，延迟原因充分合理，编辑一般是会理解的，给出允许延迟修回的答复。不过，作者在申请延迟sci修回时间时，要注意几点事项： 1. 不要到截止期限才申请延迟。发表sci基本上都在线上系统操作，如果延迟修回的申请晚，系统设定的期限来不及修改，会自动清除稿件的修改状态。作者只能重新走sci论文的发表流程。 2. 申请延迟修回的原因一定要充分， 3. 作者要在延迟修回时间内完成返修，二次申请延迟修回，基本上会被直接拒绝。 SCI论文的发表非常重要，能发表SCI论文的人一般是教授或者副教授级别。SCI属于国际核心期刊，发表的过程比较难。论文的发表需要审查，在审查过程中作者可能会收到论文修改的通知。没有发表论文经验的人不太清楚。大修说明审稿人认真审稿之后，感觉论文需要修改、补充的内容比较多，所以，必须大幅度修改。收到通知的作者可能有点着急，论文的修改表明审稿人一定程度上认可了论文的内容，按要求修改就可以。通常没有大问题的论文修回后，基本上编辑看一次觉得没问题，会直接通过并录用，还是比较快。按照修改意见修改，并在规定时间内修回。但是请注意即使是小修也有拒绝SCI论文的概率。

和老师实话实说告诉老师为什么论文要延期，关键是后面的工作你要做好。一，向老师认错。迟交了，他就是个错误。必须深刻的认识到这一点。二，保证后面会更加认真，一定不会拖延。

论文期刊邮件申请修改延期

慢慢来，比较快。刚踏入实验室，对SCI论文还没有概念，当时想象中作为一名小硕士，能够发一篇中文核心就算厉害了，英文是我不敢想的。现阶段研三，面临毕业压力，我的第一篇sci也顺利接收，总的来说，还是顺利。从投稿到接受历时88天，投的是PCTOC，大类三区，影响因子，尽管影响因子比较低，但作为我硕士阶段的一个小成果，也挺有成就感。 2021年11月24投稿，2022年1月4返修，审稿意见是大修，补了一点实验数据，审稿人也提出了我论文的语言问题，期刊邮件里给了8周的返修时间，正好是过年期间。论文返修回来时正好遇上搬实验室，第一周基本都在忙搬实验室的事情，也没有时间修改论文。因此决定寒假留校改论文，过年也就没回家。直到过完年，我的文章改得差不多了，当时打算送公司润一下色，导师说拿给实验室巴基斯坦的博后改一改语法，当时号，我那天鬼使神差的登录了期刊官网，鬼使神差的发现一个的日期……才发现官网结稿日期和期刊邮箱给的不一致，连忙发了返修延期申请，也和导师商量了。延期申请邮件发了之后期刊并没有回复，最终我还是在2月18按时提交了返修稿，只是没有来得及去润色也没有给博后修改就提交了。意外的事，提交后两天，2月20就收到了接受通知。这篇文章一路相对很顺利，少不了我的导师的指导，能遇见这样一位认真负责的导师也是我人生一大幸事。之前有跟导师提过读博的事情，现在文章有了，又找了导师跟他说了我希望留下来硕博连读。最终导师也同意了。现在一下整个人都放松下来了，不用再为毕业发愁，也不用为去哪里读博发愁…… 未来的路还很长，读博可能也远比我想象中的更有压力和挑战，但慢慢来，希望总是会有的。

论文一般由题名、作者、摘要、关键词、正文、参考文献和附录等部分组成，其中部分组成（例如附录）可有可无。论文题目要求准确、简练、醒目、新颖。目录目录是论文中主要段落的简表。（短篇论文不必列目录）内容提要是文章主要内容的摘录，要求短、精、完整。关键词定义关键词是从论文的题名、提要和正文中选取出来的，是对表述论文的中心内容有实质意义的词汇。关键词是用作计算机系统标引论文内容特征的词语，便于信息系统汇集，以供读者检索。每篇论文一般选取3-8个词汇作为关键词，另起一行，排在“提要”的左下方。主题词是经过规范化的词，在确定主题词时，要对论文进行主题分析，依照标引和组配规则转换成主题词表中的规范词语。（参见《汉语主题词表》和《世界汉语主题词表》）。论文正文（1）引言：引言又称前言、序言和导言，用在论文的开头。引言一般要概括地写出作者意图，说明选题的目的和意义, 并指出论文写作的范围。引言要短小精悍、紧扣主题。〈2）论文正文：正文是论文的主体，正文应包括论点、论据、论证过程和结论。主体部分包括以下内容： a.提出问题- 论点； b.分析问题-论据和论证； c.解决问题-论证方法与步骤； d. 结论。参考文献一篇论文的参考文献是将论文在研究和写作中可参考或引证的主要文献资料，列于论文的末尾。参考文献应另起一页，标注方式按《GB7714-87文后参考文献著录规则》进行。论文装订论文的有关部分全部抄清完了，经过检查，再没有什么问题，把它装成册，再加上封面。论文的封面要朴素大方，要写出论文的题目、学校、科系、指导教师姓名、作者姓名、完成年月日。论文的题目的作者姓名一定要写在表皮上，不要写里面的补页上。

先说一下Cover letter的框架，一般应注意包括以下内容：

1. 开头注意附上稿件的关键信息，主要包括Title、 Manuscript ID等；

2. 表达对责任编辑的感谢；

3. 表达对审稿人（Reviewers）的感谢；

4. 表明你（们）已对编辑和审稿人提出的建议做出相应的修改（Revisions），不用过于详细，细节性的内容可以在Response to reviewers里呈现。
