摘要：英美文学中的文学批评存在多种不同的理论，不同理论学派所持有的观点也不尽相同，每个学派之间都有其丰富的理论基础，从多维的角度去进行主客观的文学批评，正是因为文学批评有着其自身科学性、审美性、公信力等方面的特点，能够包容多种批评学派的存在，对文学作品进行客观、科学的批评。

一、文学批评理论在英美文学教学中的意义
目前我国大多数院校都开设了相应的文学教育理论课程，而在关于英美文学的教学过程中，文学批评与文学教学是相辅相成的关系，文学批评可以从其独特的视角关注和解读英美文学作品，得到与众不同的观点，从而充分了解了整部英美文学作品的历史意义和内涵。文学批评也为英美文学教学提供了一把打开其大门的钥匙，让学生有机会从不同的角度，不同的观点、不同的思想关注英美文学，更好地促进了英美文学的发展。以文学批评基本理论为依据，应用到英美文学教学中，将有助于在学习作品过程中，避免传统的、印象式的解读，使学生通过对原著的充分解读，仔细品味原著中作者想要表达的观点，以及写作的手法，培养学生踏实阅读的学风，还能够让学生充分感受到文学的魅力，增强学习兴趣，提高学习成绩。
二、英美文学中文学批评的多方位表现形式
1.英美文学中新批评理论。
上世纪三四十年代开始出现以兰色姆()、威姆塞特()等为代表，形成了英美文学中的“新批评”理论。他们认为一切从作者的原始写作动机与作者的阅读感受为出发点所进行的文学批评都是“错误的谬论”，脱离了文学批评的初衷，将文学批评的对象进行了根本的转移，即转移到了文学作品对阅读者心理影响方面上，脱离了被批评对象的本身，从而沦为了单一的印象论。英美文学中的新批评理论认为单纯依靠阅读者的感觉，会使阅读者产生相对的“阅读错觉”——即带入阅读者已有的自我认知来干扰对作品进行正确的、客观的文学批评。新批评理论强调的是以尊重和细读原著为基础，对原著进行客观、公正的、不带有固有主观意识的文学批评，形成踏实阅读的风气。在高校英美文学教学过程中运用新批评理论，也就是说教师需要花更多的时间去钻研原著，提出更有价值的问题供学生进行课上探讨，这样才能赋予学生机会去利用新批评理论认识英美文学、了解英美文学、发现英美文学的精髓所在，主动地去学习英美文学。
2.英美文学中读者反应批评理论。
在整个英美文学历史发展过程中，从来不缺少批评的新声音和新形式的产生于与发展，斯坦利.费希(StanleyFish)就对新批评理论提出了挑战，他认为单纯的从作品本身进行分析而忽略了读者的作用，是对整个阅读过程的误解。“读者反应批评”强调原著作品对于读者的影响，读者在阅读原著后所起到的作用以及能够从中得到的感受为重点。读者反应批评理论以读者为重，从读者的角度来诠释“文学批评”的过程。作品需要“留白”，这些留白的地方正是读者阅读完作品之后进行的“自我想象”，是对作品新的解读和延展，得到一种“作者——作品——读者”三者之间的交流。但是这种理论由于强调的是读者的作用，而每位读者都是不同的个体，即便对同一文学作品，也有着不同的解读方式和看法。这是“读者反应批评理论”所面对的最大的难题。
三、英美文学作品中文学批评的特点
1.文学批评与多种学科紧密相连。
在英美文学中文学批评几乎是文学研究的 同义词 ，文学批评以文学鉴赏为基础，以文学理论为指导，对作家作品进行分析、研究、认识和评价，这一整个过程不单单是一种文学行为，更是与多种学科有着密切的联系，大部分的文学批评都运用了“心理学”“社会学”“哲学”等多种学科。尤其是文学批评中的“读者反应批评理论”充分运用了读者的阅读心理和阅读感受，来对文学作品进行文学批评，得到了相关作品的反馈。
2.英美文学中的文学批评具有审美性。
不论是以新批评理论为基础，还是以读者反应批评理论为基础，大部分的文学批评都具有审美性。这里的审美性指的是它以文学作品为基础，关注做作品所传达的艺术性和美学性，批评者需要按照美的规律，从文学作品的美学方向出发对原著进行审美性分析，作出审美判断和评价，使读者能够更好的理解和认识到作品，提升读者的审美情趣和阅读能力。
3.英美文学中的文学批评具有科学性。
任何形式的文学批评都不应该脱离科学发展的实际，正确的文学批评在批评者进行美学、艺术学批评的同时也要利用理性的 逻辑思维 方式，对文学作品进行客观的批评。批评者需要具备科学的创造性，用科学的研究 方法 、研究思维、研究理论对文学作品进行客观公正的批评，并且能够以客观事实为基础，查阅大量丰富的文学资料来对原著进行周密的、系统的分析和判断，不可参杂大量的个人主观思想、狭隘偏见，以对原著进行科学的文学批评。
四、结束语

英美文学导入作为一种新的导入模式，可以拓宽大学英语的教学模式，符合《要求》中集多种教学模式的需要.另外，我国普通高校特别是理工科院校的学生大都是理科生，在高中阶段把注意力集中在数理化和生物的学习上，对英美文学知识的了解相对较少，《要求》中提出大学英语教学要提高学生的综合 文化 素养，在大学英语教学中有必要融入英美文学导入，使学生更多地了解英美文学知识和西方文化，这有助于提高学生的学习兴趣，培养其综合文化素养.目前，我国普通高校的大学英语教师在学习期间都学习过英美文学，其中一些教师在研究生阶段的研究方向就是英美文学.教师掌握丰富的英美文学知识，有能力在导入中融入该方面的知识.所以，从大学英语教学要求、学生的求知欲和教师能力几方面来看，英美文学导入融入大学英语教学具有一定的可行性.
受传统大学英语教学模式单一的影响，很多学生在学习过程中产生厌学感、疲惫感和焦虑感，影响学生学习的积极性和学习效率，而文学导入“可以减轻学习者的焦虑感，以利于语言习得”[2].英美文学导入可帮助学生摆脱传统大学英语教学模式单一的负面影响，对新时代的大学英语教学具有积极的促进作用.
1有助于提高学生的学习兴趣
著名科学家爱因斯坦曾说过:“兴趣是最好的老师”.当学生对一门学科感兴趣时，即使没有家长、教师的督促，学生也会对这一学科不断地探索和学习，从中获得学习这一学科的乐趣.目前，我国大多数学生从小学三年级开始 学习英语 ，到大学一年级基本学习了十年英语，多数学生已经对英语产生厌倦感.所以，让学生继续学习英语的最好办法就是不断提高他们对英语的兴趣.英美文学方面的知识在高中阶段接触得较少或只接触一些浅显的内容，在导入中加入英美文学内容会使学生们觉得很新颖，从而能集中注意力认真听老师讲解并提高学习兴趣.在《新视野大学英语》读写教程第一册第七单元“FacetoFacewithGuns”中有一个 句子 :Turingthosepa-gesandstudyingtheirphotographsislikeflowingonthesadcurrentthat，likeBlake’sThames，seemsto“markineveryface，marksofweakness，marksofwoe[3]”.这句话实际上引用了美国著名浪漫主义诗人威廉•布莱克的著作《伦敦》中的诗句，教师可以通过对浪漫主义时期的诗歌特点对《伦敦》进行分析，可以增强学生对诗歌的欣赏能力和对课文中句子的准确理解.《新视野大学英语》读写教程第二册第六单元中，SectionA部分的 文章 标题是“AsHisNameIs，SoIsHe!”，有的教师会根据文章标题从人名的角度进行导入，但如果从文学角度进行导入会更加激发学生们的兴趣.这个标题实际上出自《圣经》箴言第七章，原句是“Asamanthinkethinhisheart，soheis.”教师可以从《圣经》这个角度进行导入，学生基本都听说过《圣经》，但了解得不是很多，教师可以给学生们介绍《圣经》中伊甸园、诺亚方舟、出埃及记等著名的 故事 .另外，《圣经》不仅是__的经典，也是西方文学的源头，许多英美文学中的著名作品都与《圣经》有关.综合考察这些受《圣经》影响的文学作品，我们会发现，文学作品对圣经 典故 的运用非常灵活多样.就圣经典故的类型而言，就有语典、人典、事典、意象、结构模式、观念等诸多种类[4].霍桑的《红字》、梅尔维尔的《白鲸》、斯坦贝克的《愤怒的葡萄》和福克纳的《喧哗与骚动》等许多英美文学经典作品中的对白、典故和意象都源自《圣经》.通过从《圣经》角度进行导入，学生们可以了解《圣经》与文学作品之间千丝万缕的联系，并增加对英美文学和英语的学习兴趣.
2有助于学生了解西方文化
在阅读英美文学作品时，学生们可以从中了解更多的西方文化，在国际交流中可以避免不必要的文化冲突.《新视野大学英语》读写教程中出现了爱尔兰作家奥斯卡•王尔德、英国诗人威廉•华兹华斯、约翰•弥尔顿和美国作家大卫•梭罗，教师可以从他们的作品作为切入点进行导入，用这些作品帮助学生了解西方文化.教师也可从课文中出现的单词进行导入，《新视野大学英语》读写教程第三册第四单元中出现了colony这个单词，学生们看注释都知道它是“殖民地”的意思，教师可以从文学角度进行导入，欧洲的清教徒移民在北美先后建立十三块殖民地，美国文学深受清教主义的影响，清教主义对美国文学的影响就如儒家思想对中国文学的影响一样深远，历史学家巴斯认为，没有对美国清教思想的了解，就不可能理解美国社会[6].清教徒提倡的谦卑、诚实、勤奋、节俭以及在艰难环境下的乐观精神也对美国社会产生深远影响，清教主义奠定了美国民主并塑造了美国人民的性格，美国人的勤奋、节俭和乐观与清教主义是分不开的.同时，很多美国作家在创作中深受清教主义的影响，这些作家的作品文风简朴，语言清新、直接.所以，通过对清教主义的讲解，有助于学生从根源上了解美国人的性格，有助于对西方文化有更深层次的了解.
3有助于提高学生的人文素质
随着时代的发展，我国高等教育需要培养人文素质与科学素质相结合的人才，以促进学生的全面发展.如果学生只注重科学知识而忽视其人文素质的培养，将会成为一个只拥有知识而没有智慧的人.人文素质可以帮助学生形成正确的人生观、世界观和价值观，促进精神方面的修养.《新视野大学英语》读写教程第二册第七单元“LightenYourLoadandSaveYourLife”中出现了本•富兰克林，教师可以把富兰克林作为导入的对象.富兰克林不仅是政治家、科学家，还是著名的文学家，在他的《自传》中，富兰克林为自己规定了十三条需要培养的美德，包括节制、沉默寡言、生活秩序、决心、简朴、勤勉、诚恳、公正、适度、清洁、贞洁和谦虚等.这十三条美德对当今的大学生提高人文素质具有一定的积极作用，教师可以让学生以富兰克林为典范，在日常生活中以十三条美德要求自己.教师也可以让学生们对这些美德进行自由讨论，相互交流，并对目前社会中存在的不良现象进行评价，有助于提高学生的分析能力和社会责任感.所以，英美文学导入是新时期高等教育的重要组成部分，也是提高学生人文素质的重要手段.
我国高等院校，特别是理工科院校的非英语专业学生对英美文学知识了解得相对匮乏，同时大学英语教学的导入方法也比较单一.所以，教师在大学英语教学中利用英美文学知识进行导入，既可以解决课堂导入的单一问题，又可以增强学生的学习兴趣，增加学生对英美文学知识的了解，有助于他们了解西方文化并提高其人文素质，这符合我国高等教育培养全面人才的发展需要，满足21世纪对复合型人才的需求.

My childhood, in fact, is closely associated with the river. My father is an engineering geologist, and he used to take me with him on his trips to the hydropower stations on the river. I enjoyed those trips, especially the trip to Longyang Xia reservoir. Although ten years have passed since my visit, I can still recall the scenery; I can still recall the water I saw at the reservoir. It was pure, clean and blue, not like the water I saw in the middle reaches of the river, which had turned brown and muddy after passing through the Loess Plateau.
Once during our stay at the power station, we were caught in a thunderstorm. And when rain stopped, I could see trickles of water rolling down mountain slopes and flowing into the reservoir. It carried little mud or sand, because at that time, trees and grass still grew around the reservoir. And they protected the soil. At Longyang Xia I was struck by the beauty of nature, and as a child I wanted to stay there and to grow up with our Yellow River.
Li Bai, the Tang Dynasty poet, said praises to the flowing water in the Yellow River. He saw it as coming down from heaven and nurturing the people along her way to the sea. However, in 1997,for 330days, not a single drop of water from the Yellow River went into the sea. And droughts are not the only punishment by nature. A friend of my father's, a university professor, is doing research on the Yellow River. According to this professor, the Yellow River will soon change its course if we allow this situation to continue. Because there is no longer enough water to carry away the silt and mud in the lower reaches of the river and the riverbed rises higher and higher each year.
We have taken too much from nature, but given back too little in return. And this is the cost of the unbalanced growth. If we had taken care of the vegetation in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River, we would still experience the river as Li Bai described it.
While the developed countries are consuming proportionally more natural resources than the rest of the world, they've also taken some good measures in protecting nature. And as a developing country, China can learn from them in this aspect.
Last year, when I was visiting Australia with a group of Chinese students who had won prizes in an English Skills Test, our Australian hosts invited us to join them for a horse-ride in the mountains. After two hours on horseback, we reached a valley, where there was a most beautiful meadow, with flowers in all colors dotted on a huge blanket of green. When I began to praise the beauty of nature, my friends told me that in this valley, there used to be a big mine and the wastewater from the mine turned everything brown. When the mine was abandoned, people made great efforts to restore the green vegetation. They also used the latest biological technology choosing the best grass seeds suitable for the local soil. So the beautiful meadow is a result of commitment, hard work, and new technology.
What happened to this valley in Australia should also happen to our Yellow River and, in fact, it is happening. I have seen farmers planting trees on mountains along the Yellow River. I have seen them climb the mountain tops with seedlings on their shoulders because they had no machinery. I have seen them pour on trees the water they had carried up in buckets from miles down the valley. These farmers are quietly nourishing our Yellow River, just as the river has nourished them.
And these farmers, men and women I don't know, gave me the confidence that we and our Yellow River will grow together, and someday in the future, we will be able to drink the clean water from our Yellow River again, because she is our dearest mother.

大家好!
首先感谢领导提供了这样一个机会，也感谢同事们在工作中对我的信任和支持。这一次竞聘不仅是一次展示自我、认识自己的机遇，更是一次相互学习、相互交流的机会。
我叫_x，籍贯黑龙江省牡丹江市，民族朝鲜族，中共党员， 毕业 于黑龙江大学日本语言文学系。1997年来到海南就职于环岛国旅日本部;2019年进入海航集团，历任幸运国旅海南分社，康乐园温泉国际大酒店任职部门经理、度假产品销售总监，三亚九仙岭球会营销总监，现任保亭七仙岭景区副总经理。在集团期间曾作为日本开航筹备组组员担任过陈锋董事长、刘军春等领导的日语随身翻译。
今天我竞聘的岗位是保亭七仙岭景区总经理。我清楚地认识到，要成为一名合格的总经理不容易，做为一个单位的负责人，不仅要有实干精神，还要善于谋略;不仅要熟悉本单位的业务，还需要有广博的知识;不仅要有高超的组织管理水平，而且还需要有良好的人际沟通能力。我之所以要竞聘这个岗位，是因为我觉得我有能力胜任这项工作。因为我认为自己具备以下几个方面的有利条件以及我对企业，领导的理解基础上做出的：
1、本人具有正直的人品、良好的修养以及完善的工作作风。做为领导，必须先做好人。有德无才是废品，有才无德是危险品。好的领导都知道自己不是裁判而是教练。因为批评只能让人知道不足，只有教练才是指出不足还要教会，这些也是好的领导的具体表现。
2、领导是思想，是把事情做到的范畴，属于理性的思维，决定企业的生存。企业追求的目标在于以最省钱的 方法 在最短时间内达到目标。总经理作为领导最应注意的应该在于方向和目标，企业竞争力就是最短时间内实现效率的能力，每一天都会碰到无数个困难，但我坚信成功一定有方法，不是不可能只是没找到具体方法。我一直信奉方法总比困难多的理念，善于思考，善于找出方法。总经理作为集团中层干部即使又是执行者，即要做到决策层面的做正确的事，又要做到执行层面的做事正确， 领导力 具体表现在高度，速度和力度上。领导应具有领悟力，计划能力，指挥能力，控制能力，授权能力，判断能力，创新能力，学习能力之外更应用老板得眼光看企业，学会从被领导中学会领导等的综合能力。(海航对领导力的要求是组织驾驭能力，团结协调能力，计划实施能力，学习提高能力;会出主意，会写 文章 ，会用人，会办事)，虽然我没有具备如此大的综合能力，希望通过工作学习中，不断得以提高进步。
3、管理是行为，有效地把事做好的范畴，属于感性思维， 企业管理 靠思想而非手段，管理一定要做到体系化，前期虽然会感觉死板僵硬，但必须先僵化，再优化，最终要做到固化，把简单的事情重复的去做。管理不在于快慢的速度而在于步骤。合理的管理体系不仅有引领作用更有约束的双重作用。好的制度能让魔鬼变成天使。如果我任职总经理，我愿意花最多的时间放在研究成功而非失败上，因为我知道成功不全是失败的对立面，他们之间还有很多方法。因为世上没有正确的答案，不同的情况有不同的答案。但处理问题却有一个正确的方法。帮助每一个员工找到最合适的职位，即知识、技能和才干吻合的职位。组建有共同目标的团队，科学公正的工作方法，身体力行的执行人员组成的团队，每个成员个体能力为基础，成员之间的合作为核心的有生命力，持久力的团队。
4，一直从事于服务行业，如何让顾客满意一直是我的课题。服务的境界在于过程和细节。100-1不是99而是0.做好100件事情唯有对一件事情麻痹和疏忽导致难以预测的后果。应用到管理中细节是一种创造，只有对细节做到极致企业才能生存和发展，况且从细节中反而能找到创新的机会。
5.我保持良好的心态：我以喜悦，包容，同理，赞美的心态对待周边的人。以正思维，正语，正见待人;海南百川有容乃大为目标;认同别人，永远不做情绪和气氛的破坏者。
6.将近20年的 市场营销 经验 使我知道营销是持续不断地为顾客创造价值的事情，企业要在市场竞争中立于不败之地，企业要在战略(方向，使命，)指导下做找准定位，树立品牌，要做到不做第一，就做的差异化，通过 广告 让人知道你是谁，通过制造事件制造互动的公关让人喜欢你的手段取得市场的份额。先做到顾客满意最终要做到顾客忠诚的终极目标。
7.我敬畏效率，产品(金蛋)和产能(下金蛋的鹅)的平衡才能达到效率;只有通过承认人比事物更重要，强调原则为重心才能做到高效率。通过重过程的下达指令模式和重结果的充分信任模式的双重授权方式达到团队的高效率。通过明确的预期结果、规范制度、整合资源、明确责任的归属，通过考评和明确奖惩的方式达到公司整体的高效率。
8.领导只是接受了严峻任务的普通人，不可能解决全部的问题，专业的细分是一个人无法具备全部的知识和信息，每一个正确的决定都需要所有员工和上级单位的支持和协助的基础上。所以如果作为总经理我会更加虚心谦逊，低调做人高调做事。
空谈误事，实干兴邦。我虽然没有什么豪言壮语，也没有什么搏大精深的施政纲领。但我深知事业如山，同时我也清楚自己还有不适应这个职位的另一面。但我相信有在座的各位领导、各位同事的帮助、支持和配合，我有信心、有能力出色地做好这项工作，当好一名称职的总经理。
坦诚地说，我关注竞聘结果，渴望参与成功。但我更重视参与的过程，因为对于我来说，参与的过程有时可能比结果更为重要。我想无论竞聘成功与否，都不会改变我对事业的执著，更不会改变我对在座各位的尊重与热爱。

首先，请允许我说声感谢，感谢局党委给我了这次竞争上岗的机会，感谢领导和同事们多年来的支持。下面，我将本人的基本情况介绍一下：

很幸运参与今天的竞聘，我的竞聘优势有如下三点：

总之，工作这几年来，由于组织、领导及同志们给我创造了比较宽松、优越的环境，加上本人的主观努力，较好的完成了各项工作任务。我如果通过此次竞争上岗走向领导岗位，决不辜负领导的期望，努力做到：

对于这次竞选，我曾经有过迷茫。迷茫在这个学生会能得到什么?迷茫在每天的忙碌到底是为了什么?曾经想过放弃，就在上个星期，听到广播 体操 开始训练，忍不住的去看了一下。突然想到上个学期的运动会，同样的时间，同样的地点，还是这些可爱的学弟学妹。带给过我太多的回忆和感动。那份想回归到体育的思绪一发不可收拾。
回想起在体育部的一点一滴，从干事做到部长。一群人奋斗在球场，训练场，赛场，为着数信的荣誉。传承下来一份属于数信的骄傲：永不服输。虽然我们的身体素质没别人强，虽然我们的天赋没别人好，但我们懂得努力决定一切。踏实数信人，一直在努力。只有经历过才知道他真正的含义。直到今天我才明白，正如刘一南学长说的一样：干体育的为了不是别的，是内心强大的数信荣誉感。一届一届体育部，即使再多的事都没见到过退缩，不是我们有多坚强，是看到每个运动员流泪流汗，看到每个班级在胜利后的欢呼，看到每个人失败后的永不服输，我们的这点辛苦算的了什么。今天我想说：我热爱体育部，我想分管体育，我想和大家一起拿回属于我们数信得那份骄傲。我知道分管体育有着多大的责任，知道其中的艰辛，我要感谢支持我的学长与老师，感谢各位同僚，还有那些支持我的学弟学妹，正是有了你们，才有我今天的信心来争取这个分管的机会。生命只有一次，我不想留下遗憾，我想和大家一起见证数信的崛起，希望大家可以相信我。

学生会纪检部对于整个学校集体来说，有着非常重要的意义。纪律是什么?纪律是一种类似于法律的带有强制性的行为标准。往大里说，纪律所表达的是一个单位。一个集体的统一意志用来维护大多数人的利益的。它的产生，是多年经验教训的 总结 。往小里说，纪律用明确的语言告诉我们每一个人，提倡什么，反对什么，什么事情可以做，而且应该去做，什么事不能做，那些事情不应该做。
作为学校，如果没有校纪，整个学校就会陷入一种无序的状态，同学们的学习，生活就不能正常进行。比如：在课堂上，虽然迟到迟到、早退、旷课、说话、走动的人是少数，但是不加以制止，课堂就不能继续坚持下去，受到损害的是大多数同学;这些行为理应受到制止，必要时批评或处理。

我演讲的题目是《教师要有爱心、责任心》。
世上有很多东西，给予他人时，往往是越分越少，而有一样东西却是越分越多。您也许会惊奇地问：“那是什么呢？”我将毫不迟疑地回答您：“那就是爱！”爱，不是索取，不是等价交换，而是付出，是自我牺牲。
“爱”与“责任”，二者其实是分不开的，“爱”是责任的体现，而“责任”是爱的化身。没有爱就没有教育，没有责任也办不好教育。高尔基说过：“谁不爱孩子，孩子就不爱他，只有爱孩子的人，才能教育孩子”。
爱学生是教师应具备的美德，也是教师的天职。师爱比渊博的知识更重要。能够得到教师的关爱，是每个学生最起码的心理需求，师爱对学生来说是一种鞭策和激励，对学生的成长和进步有很大的推动作用。师爱即严慈相济的爱，是只讲付出，不计回报地爱，是无私广博的爱，学生只有“亲其师”才会“信其道”。
我们中华民族自古以来就是勇于承担责任的民族，“天下兴亡，匹夫有责”，国家的繁荣富强最根本要靠教育，要靠有爱心和责任心的教师，爱心与责任心是教师的首要素质。教师的责任感源于对教育事业的热爱及愿意献身教育事业的坚定信念。
有了强烈的责任感与事业心教师才会乐业、敬业，也才能一辈子“学而不厌，诲人不倦”。一个没有责任心的人不论其职位高低，是无法在其所处的岗位上敬业奉献的。
教育部部长周济提出：“爱与责任”是“师德之魂”。“没有爱就没有教育”，“没有责任就办不好教育”。爱是无形的力量，爱是师德的核心，爱是教育的灵魂，是教育的桥梁，是教育的推动力，是教育成功的基础。作为一名合格的教师，爱只是一个最浅层次的要求，而德则是一个更高层次的要求。
没有公德，社会就会沦落，没有师德，教育就会没落——师德是爱，更是一种责任！如果没有责任，没有责任意识，就不会明确自己的职守，不会明确自己肩负的历史重任，那就办不好教育，育不好学生。
“一日为师，终身为父”是学生对老师的尊敬之言。既然做“父亲”，就要关心爱护学生，对学生负责。古训说得好：“子不教，父之过，教不严，师之惰”。可见，对学生的爱也要体现在严格要求上。
教师个人对学生影响所产生的力量，无论是什么样的教科书、什么样的思潮、什么样的奖惩都代替不了的。在学校，教师是学生的表率，是学生的典范，是学生的楷模，其言行举止，甚至兴趣爱好等，都会对学生产生潜移默化的影响。
