科学发展观是我党“根据马克思主义辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的基本原理,总结了国内外在发展问题上的经验教训,吸收人类文明进步的新成果,站在历史和时代的高度”提出的一种新型发展观,“科学发展观内涵极为丰富,涉及经济、政治、文化、社会发展各个领域。”当前,全国各个领域、各个群体正以科学务实的态度树立和落实这一发展的新型理念、新型思路,大学校园——作为培育国家和民族精英的摇篮也以讲座、研讨会、论坛等形式及丰富的实践活动宣传和实践行着科学发展观。然而,在全国上下树立和落实科学发展观的大乐章中,也出现了不和谐的音符——有的大学生认为“树立和落实科学发展观与已无关,科学发展观对当代大学生没有任何意义”。对此,笔者不敢苟同,这一方面反映了有的当代学生对科学发展观的精神实质、丰富内涵理解的片面性,另一方面反映了个别当代大学生在价值取向上的偏差。 通过较为系统的学习,我认为科学发展观之于当代大学生的意义有二点:一是科学发展观是作为我党在现代化建设关键时期总结过去20多年的教训和经验提出来的,是建设小康社会的迫切要求,事关国家兴衰,作为民族和社会的中坚——当代大学生理应掌握这一理念,把自身的和谐健康发展与国家的命运紧密的结合起来;二是科学发展观中蕴含的世界观、方法论同样是指导我们学习成长的有力武器,可以使我们全面的审视自己,弥补缺陷,克服弱点,发扬优点,把自己塑造成为:“具有高度的社会责任心、过硬的社会竞争力以及国际竞争力、个性与人格得到健全发展的高素质创新人才”。 我觉得对科学发展观的学习,能够提高我们学生的觉悟,指导我们学生进行自身建设。 第一,科学发展关可以指导当代学生做一个富有社会责任感的人。科学发展观是辩证的发展观,辩证的发展观是全面的发展观、是对立统一的发展观,这就要求我们把个人发展与国家社会发展统一起来,把个人的发展置于国家社会发展的大背景下,在个人发展的同时,强调对国家和社会的奉献。科学发展观的核心和本质是以人以本,我们重视每个公民自由而全面的发展,同时也强调每一个人的发展是其他人发展的前提,因此要做到个人价值与社会价值的有机结合。世纪伟人邓小平同志一生奋斗,全身心的投入到我国社会主义革命与现代化建设事业,他的一句深情名言“我是中国人民的儿子,我深深地爱着我的祖国和人民”道出了有志于国家强盛人民幸福人士的心声。 “天下兴亡,匹夫有责”,当代大学生要克服极端的个人主义,更多地为他人着想,满怀激情地投入学习中去,投入到现代化建设事业中去,在奉献社会的同时实现自身的价值。 第二,科学发展观可以指导当代学生做一个知识结构完善的人 科学发展观要求我们全面、协调的发展自己,要求我们有一个完善的知识结构。完善的知识结构有利于我们全面的提高自身的素质,有利于全面的发展我们的综合能力 目前,存在的重理轻文、重技术轻人文的偏向亟需纠正。其他学科学的再好,没有世界观和人文素养还是不够的。由此观之,当代大学生应该在掌握好专业基础知识的基础上,广泛的涉猎其他学科,以丰富知识、提高能力,做一个全面协调发展的人。 第三,科学发展观可以指导当代学生做一个人格健全的人。科学发展观不仅要求当代大学生取得学业的成功,而且要求其人格健全,做一个身心都健康的人。人格健全就是指个人的所想、所说、所做都是协调一致的。当代大学生要以高度的自觉自律精神培养自己的集体主义感、敬业奉献和诚实信用品质、强烈的社会责任感和历史使命感,摈弃自我中心、功利主义、虚伪欺诈、懒散依赖等不良人格品质;并且用自己优良的人格品质感染他人,教育他人,创造良好的成长环境。做到言行一致,意志坚定。遇到挫折不气馁,愈挫愈奋;成功时不骄傲,谦虚谨慎;别人有困难时,乐于帮扶;遵规守约,积极向上。讲求合作团结,不断超越自我,实现同学间竞争求胜求发展的“双赢”。 通过全面贯彻落实科学发展观于当代学生自身成长,可以有效的实现做学问与做人、理论思想与社会实践、宽广知识和较强能力、技术素养与人文素养、健康身体与心理等有机结合,实现自身和谐健康的成长,成为“理想远大、热爱祖国的人;成为追求真理、勇于创新的人;成为德才兼备、全面发展的人;成为视野开阔、胸怀宽广的人;成为知行统一、脚踏实地的人。
