 2) 有时性格有些倔强;  老师评价  优点:  1) 工作认真负责,态度端正;  2) 有较强上进心;  3) 基础知识扎实,成绩良好。  缺点:  1) 钻研能力不强;  2) 缺乏创新能力和愿望;  3) 不够自信。  亲密朋友及同学评价  4) 组织管理能力不错,做事认真负责; 团结友爱,对人诚恳; 为人诚实守信。 普通话水平较低,说话不是很清晰;  4自我认知小结  通过回忆自己的大学经历,分析自己的性格,我对自己有如下总结:  我工作热情、努力、认真,责任意识强,是一个值得信赖的人,做事情时会讲求实际效果,采用现实可行的办法,比较关注细节,有一定的组织才能,能适应在传统的机构中工作,受各种因素影响,从小便对商业充满兴趣,爱好经济学,  对财会类的职业也有兴趣。根据霍兰德的人格特质归纳,我属于企业型的人,企业型的人喜欢领导和控制别人,或为了达到个人或组织的目的而去说服别人。他们追求高出平均水平的收入。他们喜欢利用权力,希望成就一番事业。这样的人大多从商或从政。企业型的人通常精力充沛、自负、热情、自信,具有冒险精神,能控制形势,擅长表达和领导。他们大多会在政治或经济领域取得成就。适合这类人的职业主要有:商业管理、律师、政治领袖、推销商、市场经理或销售经理、采购员、投资商、电视制片人等,与事务性人也有一点吻合。通过这些经历以及喜好的认识,扬长避短,挑战自我, 我以后想做一名银行的客户经理。  二、职业认知  1外部环境分析  家庭环境分析  我出生在昆明一个普通的家庭,家庭经济状况一般,父母都是本分的农民,他们爱我,对我期待很高,而对于一些关乎自己的大事,还是由我拿主意的,就自己的职业生涯与规划而言,我室友决定权的。  学校环境分析  本人现就读于浙江工商大学市场营销专业,双修金融学专业,我的大学不是211或985高校,这一点上与其他高校的毕业生相比,竞争性较弱,且国家重视程度也不高,政策上也没有那类高校优势。但我校的经管专业在全国排名是相当可观的,并且市场营销专业是全国a+级专业,全国排名前十,故前途还是光明的,某种程度上说。此外,工商大学的学风优良,学生个个上进好学,在浙江省也是声誉比较好,影响比较大的学校。  社会环境分析  大学毕业生的就业率下降。据教育部统计,xx年共有普通高校毕业生115万,6月的初次就业率为70%。从xx年开始,高校扩招的大学生陆续毕业。当年全国普通高校毕业生145万人,较上年增加了1万人,增幅达1%。6月的初次就业率为7%,比上年下降约5个百分点。到 xx年底,又有约22  万人实现就业,就业人数达到116万人,就业率上升到80%。xx年大学毕业生就业的结构性矛盾十分突出。从地区看,北京、上海等东部发达地区需求较旺,需求总量大于当地的生源数。中西部不少省区虽然有较大的用人需求,面临的问题是工作和生活条件艰苦,往往招不到合格的人才,出现了“有地方没人去,有人没地方去”的现象。在一些西部经济不发达地区,当前就业岗位相当有限,难以吸纳本地毕业生。从院校类别看,教育部直属高校毕业生就业情况较好,初次就业率为85%,部门高校次之,地方院校较差。从学历看,用人单位对学历高的毕业生需求高于对学历低的毕业生需求。研究生供需比约为1:6,本科生约为1:3,专科(高职)生约为1:4。从专业看,一些紧缺专业如计算机、通讯、电子、土建、自动化、机械、医药和师范等科类的毕业生需求旺盛,毕业生供不应求,而一些长线专业如哲学、社会学、经济学、法学等科类的毕业生需求较少。  根据前几年招生数据推算,今后几年,普通高校毕业生将保持大幅度的增长。xx年为212万人,较上年增加了67万,增幅达到2%的高峰。 xx年毕业生为280万人,较上年增加68万人,增幅达到1%;xx年为340万人,较上年增加60万人,增幅达到4%。届时,毕业生总量为扩招前的9倍。由于今后几年社会对高校毕业生的需求增加幅度不会有大的变化,可以预计,大学生就业竞争将更加激烈。  市场营销专业是一个涉及范围很广的专业,学的内容很多,却门门都没精学,跟那些专业性很强的专业学生比,我们处于不利地位。人力资源专业、工商管理专业以及金融专业、财会专业目前在市场上就业率还是相当客观的,这还只是我们专业的竞争,还有学校间的竞争,更为激烈。虽然如此,但正是由于该专业的涉猎广性,也是它的其中一个优势,就业口径宽,可选择的范围更大,总体而言,其就业形势还是可观的。  2目标职业分析  目标职业  客户经理  岗位介绍  客户经理既是银行与客户关系的代表,又是银行对外业务的代表。(以银行为例)客户经理的职责是开场,全面了解客户需求并向其营销产品、争揽业务,同时协  调和组织全行各有关专部门及机构为客户提供全方位的金融服务,在主动防范金融风险的前提下,建立和保持与客户的长期密切联系。  工作内容  (1)联系客户  客户经理是全权代表银行与客户联系的“大使”,客户有金融需求只需找客户经理,客户经理应积极主动并经常地与客户保持联系,发现客户的需求,引导客户的需求,并及时给予满足,为客户提供“一站式”(one-stop)服务。  (2)开发客户  对现有的客户,客户经理与之保持经常的联系,而对潜在的客户,客户经理要积极地去开发。这里包括两层含义,一是客户现在还不是我行的客户,堕待开发;二是客户虽然现在是我行的客户,但客户自己末发现某些金融需求,急待引导。  (3)营销产品  三、职业生涯规划设计  1职业路径  大学毕业后直接就业,尽量让自己应聘上银行客户经理的工作,或者先进银行就行,不论什么职位,努力做好工作的同时积极向别人学习,积累经验,然后提升自己,往更高的岗位上攀登;做好客户经理,再向大客户经理迈进。  2行动计划  短期计划  大二:扎扎实实的学习专业知识,尝试参加各种学术竞赛,培养团队合作能力和合作精神;  大三:继续学习好专业知识,确定目标,潜心准备就业;  大四:积极找实习工作,同时做两手准备,多看课外书,一定的工作经验是很必要的,但是毕业后离开了学校想看书就没那么好的机会了,所以要抓住机会好好看书。  毕业后半年内找到对职业的认知,薪资要求不高,平均一个月2500左右,关键是趁这个时候努力学习工作技能,积累工作经验。  毕业后三到五年:做到所在部门的骨干员工,年薪五六万元左右;  毕业后六到八年:做到大客户经理,年薪十万元左右;  方案二:进入企业,从最基层的职员做起;  方案三:进入企业后若发现自己确实不能适应该企业的工作,可以换一个工作或是换一个企业或公司  4备选规划方案  我的首选职业规划方案是做一名银行客户经理人,但凡事都不可能一帆风顺,我还可以做营销、证券公司代理人、房地产代理或经纪人等方面的工作,于是我的备选职业规划方案暂定为这些。  总结:  计划固然好,但更重要的,在于其具体实践并取得成效。任何目标,只说不做到头来都会是一场空。然而,现实是未知多变的,定出的目标计划随时都可能遭遇问题,要求有清醒的头脑。其实,每个人心中都有一座山峰,雕刻着理想、信念、追求、抱负;每个人心中都有一片森林,承载着收获、芬芳、失意、磨砺。一个人,若要获得成功,必须拿出勇气,付出努力、拼搏、奋斗。成功,不相信眼泪;成功,不相信颓废;成功,不相信幻影,未来,要靠自己去打拼。

农业银行恢复十年来,认真贯彻执行党和国家整治经济环境的政策,促进了农村产业结构的调整,发展农村了商品生产,取得了举世瞩目的成就,这是各级领导“两手抓”,调动广大干部职工的积极性共同奋斗的结果,然而一手软一手硬的状况虽有所改观,但此项工作还不尽人意,在有的单位,思想政治工作只在上级行处进行小循环,到不了县支行,进不了基层所社,难以落实到人头;尽管上边搞得热热闹闹,会议不断,到基层干部队伍那里却冷冷清清。这些情况表明,此项工作还没有真正走上轨道,没有抓住重点,抓住关键问题来解决。本文似就当前存在的弊端,提出几点解决意见,与同志们共同商讨。
