这些都是核心期刊，标准都大同小异，如果你的论文里没有创新点，你别想指望他能让你轻易过关，核心期刊不缺好论文发表。
写好Cover letter需要做到如下几步：
1、逻辑要清晰
COVER LETTER最忌讳散乱，因此在动笔前，写下最主要的几点，用逻辑化的顺序连接起来。一般的格式是：为什么选择这份工作，这家企业，为什么你是合适人选，然后就是怎么联系。这三样东西必不可少。
2、短小精悍
COVER LETTER不宜太长，既然它是简历的一部分，那么就应该概括的介绍，而不是事无巨细。另外考虑HR每天大量的收到简历，也不宜增加HR工作，否则易产生厌烦感。
3、做足功课
招聘人员在看简历和COVER LETTER的时候，会试法感受你是只是要份工作，还是真正理解这家公司的目标和状况。他们希望招的是既有能力又忠诚的人。一份显示出仔细研究过公司网站，有关信息，能够把自己的特殊技能和公司业务联系起来的简历会与众不同。
4、个性突出
简历比较公式化，COVER LETTER就是许多招聘人员用来衡量应聘者个性的窗口。你可以让自己的用语个性化一些，但是注意不要太随便，或者过于亲昵，既有特色又不失专业面貌为佳。
5、联络信息
很多公司，尤其是那些招聘频繁的公司，COVER LETTER不一定会保存。有些应聘者把重要的联络信息都放在COVER LETTER里面，而简历则没有这些关键信息。等到简历被传到有关人士手中，可能已经没有了第一页的简历，那么别人也就无法联络到你了。

一、杂志类：1、《财务与会计》是财会专业月刊刊物。宣传党和国家有关财会工作的方针、政策，围绕财政部的工作部署，研究财会工作的理论和实际问题，交流财会工作经验，普及财会知识。是一份面向企事业单位财务会计实务的综合性财会专业指导刊物。2、《会计之友》是财经类综合性学术旬刊刊物，全国中文核心期刊，一级期刊，中国商业会计学会会刊(国家级)，面向国内外公开发行，涉及会计、财务、审计、税务、评估、金融等方面的内容，以财经理论研究、实务工作和经验交流为指导，及时反映国内外财经学术的新动向、新成果和新信息，在采编和选题上突出了前沿性、指导性、实用性和知识性，是财经界人士工作、学习和交流的平台。3、还有《财会月刊》、《会计师》、《财会学习》、《中国税务》、《财务总监》等。二、报纸类：1、《中国会计报》是由财政部委托中国财经报社主办的全国唯一一份财会专业报纸。致力于宣传我国财会各项方针政策，以提高全国财会人员素质，促进我国企业、行政事业单位规范财会管理工作、提高经济运行效率为目标。2、《中国税务报》是国家税务总局主管的全国性经济类专业报纸。在及时传递国家税收政策、法规、提供各税收和经济信息的同时，在报道内容上坚持社会化方向，贴近市场，贴近百姓。立足税收，置身经济，面向社会。3、还有《21世纪经济报道》、《中国金融报》、 《中国税务报 》、《中国财经报 》、《中国证券报》等报刊。
