期刊封面投稿信模板

一般向SCI投稿论文时都会写一份Cover letter，即投稿信。它是为了帮助编辑快速了解文章内容和找到合适的审稿人，一篇内容恰当的cover letter会给你的工作锦上添花，掷出投稿第一块敲门砖。

但 Cell Press 的editor觉得不少人都不知道为什么要写Cover letter，错误地在这部分重复摘要中的内容，这无疑是极大的浪费。因此就有了下面的指导，跟着 Cell 学，离投 Cell 就不远了。

我稍微整理了一下格式，并将重点加以标记。后面提供了三份模板，有一份有详细的注释。

Cover letters are provided for editors only , which means that, unlike the title and abstract that will be visible to, let’s hope, billions of people once the paper is published, the cover letter is going to be seen and read by a very tiny group of people.

Nevertheless, these are the people who have the responsibility to decide whether a manuscript is suitable for consideration in the journal it was submitted to . So, convincing the editors that your paper makes a valuable contribution to the knowledge in the field is important, and that’s why you need to put your cover letter to work.

The cover letter is your first “formal” interaction with a journal, and it embodies a request, so to speak, to consider your article for publication. But it also provides you with an excellent opportunity to present the significance of your scientific contribution.

Two aspects you need to understand clearly.

1). Let’s start with content.

You should succinctly explain what was previously known and then state your motivation for wishing to publish.

2). Get to the point .

Succinctly explain the topic of discussion , and quickly convey the key conclusions . Generally, one page suffices and is preferred.

3). Do not rehash the abstract of the paper .

Copying and pasting the abstract into your cover letter verbatim is a big no-no . Instead, you need to venture beyond the summary: write a sentence that takes you further than the obvious conclusions .

4). Get excited !

Your excitement about the scientific contributions can undoubtedly inspire the editor who’s reading the cover letter. Overall, the sentiment of “ you’re gonna love reading this paper! “ should seep through—make that happen!

5). Including a wish list of reviewers .

Relevant information on potential reviewers (including their field of expertise) can be included and is definitely a plus , as it can be quite helpful to the editor .

Don’t provide a long list of excluded reviewers (three maximum), and most certainly do not suggest excluding authors from entire continents on the map! Also, save the editor some time by specifying which author should be the lead contact , and indicate their affiliation.

6). Keep it simple and humble .

In terms of style, consider sincerity and simplicity . Statements indicating that the article or related findings have been presented at X number of conferences and are “tremendously” well received by the scientific community—or otherwise— do not add much to the cover letter. They might instead suggest right off the bat that a lot of cooing and convincing of the journal editor will be required. So let the “science” speak for itself . Also, a statement declaring that the article is original and isn’t being considered elsewhere can only add to your cause!

7). Proofread your letter by checking the spelling, grammar, and syntax .

8). Check every detail .

Avoid mistakes such as directing the cover letter to the editor(s) of a different journal, or to a different journal altogether .

论文投稿期刊的格式是什么?格式是最基本要求，期刊投稿对格式的要求几乎是一致的，我们只要掌握了一般的格式也就基本掌握了所有学术期刊的发表格式要求了，论文发表的格式包括题目、摘要、关键词、正文内容这几个方面，每个细节都要重视起来，可能哪个环节没有注意到就会导致论文不能顺利的发表，格式看似简单，但也是最容易被忽略的部分，来看看期刊投稿对格式的一般要求：( 一 ) 题名题名又称题目或标题。题名是以最恰当、最简明的词语反映论文中最重要的特定内容的逻辑组合。1 .准确得体要求论文题目能准确表达论文内容，恰当反映所研究的范围和深度。题要扣文，文也要扣题。这是撰写论文的基本准则。2 .简短精炼力求题目的字数要少，用词需要精选。3 .外延和内涵要恰如其分外延和内涵属于形式逻辑中的概念。4 .醒目论文题目虽然居于首先映入读者眼帘的醒目位置，但仍然存在题目是否醒目的问题，因为题目所用字句及其所表现的内容是否醒目，其产生的效果是相距甚远的。(二)作者姓名和单位这一项属于论文署名问题。署名一是为了表明文责自负，二是记录作者的劳动成果，三是便于读者与作者的联系及文献检索(作者索引)。大致分为二种情形，即：单个作者论文和多作者论文。后者按署名顺序列为第一作者、第二作者厖。重要的是坚持实事求是的态度，对研究工作与论文撰写实际贡献大的列为第一作者，贡献次之的，列为第二作者，依此类推。注明作者所在单位同样是为了便于读者与作者的联系。（三)摘要论文一般应有摘要，有些为了国际交流，还有外文(多用英文)摘要。代写工程师论文它是论文内容不加注释和评论的简短陈述。其他用是不阅读论文全文即能获得必要的信息。摘要应包含以下内容：①从事这一研究的目的和重要性;②研究的主要内容，指明完成了哪些工作;③获得的基本结论和研究成果，突出论文的新见解;④结论或结果的意义。(四)关键词关键词1; 关键词2; 关键词3; 关键词4; 关键词5 (要求5-8个关键词，各词间用分号";"隔开)(五)正文内容论文正文：(1)引言：引言又称前言、序言和导言，用在论文的开头。引言一般要概括地写出作者意图，说明选题的目的和意义, 并指出论文写作的范围。引言要短小精悍、紧扣主题。(2)论文正文：正文是论文的主体，正文应包括论点、论据、论证过程和结论。主体部分包括以下内容：a.提出问题-论点;b.分析问题-论据和论证;c.解决问题-论证方法与步骤;d.结论。①篇幅：一般在3000～5000字左右;文稿章节采用三级标题顶格排序。一级标题形式如1、2、3排序;二级标题形式为1.1、1.2、2.1、2.2…;三级标题形式为 1.1.1、1.1.2、2.1.1、2.1.2…。②符号：正文、图表中的变量都要用斜体,英文缩写、计量单位、函数名称、运算符号、括号等都要用正体, 容易混淆的外文字母及符号请注明, 文中的计量单位一律使用《中华人民共和国法定计量单位》;③插图：要有图序、图名，插图要精绘，图字要清晰;插图和照片不得用复印件,必须是精绘图和原照片;图、表应安排在正文中的相应位置上;④表格：要有表序、表名，用三线表(表格的左、右端不封)，采用小数点对齐式;⑤公式：公式须用字符格式录入。(请您认真校对稿件，避免出现拼写错误、漏字、多字等问题，正确使用标点符号。)(六)参考文献来稿一定要有参考文献，限著者阅读过和论文中引用过且正式发表的出版物，未公开发表的资料请勿引用;按在文章引用的先后顺序编号;列出主要参考文献即可，一篇论文的参考文献是将论文在研究和写作中可参考或引证的主要文献资料，列于论文的末尾。参考文献应另起一页，标注方式按《GB7714-87文后参考文献著录规则》进行。

01一、期刊发表论文的标准格式为：文章标题作者姓名作者单位：（包括单位全称、邮政编码）[摘要]（以摘录或缩编方式复述文章的主要内容）50～300 字[关键词]（选用可表达文章主要内容的词或词组）3～8 个关键词正文参考文献：[1] [2] [3]…… （有的期刊还要求英文摘要和英文关键词）作者简介与作者联系方式02二、针对以上格式组成还须注意的是：1、标题期刊发表论文题目是一篇论文给出的涉及论文范围与水平的第一个重要信息，也是必须考虑到有助于选定关键词和编制题录、索引等二次文献可以提供检索的特定实用信息。论文题目十分重要，必须用心斟酌选定。有人描述其重要性，用了下面的一句话："论文题目是文章的一半"。（1）准确得体要求论文题目能准确表达论文内容，恰当反映所研究的范围和深度。（2）简短精炼力求题目的字数要少，用词需要精选。至于多少字算是合乎要求，并无统一的"硬性"规定，一般希望一篇论文题目不要超出 20 个字.（3）外延和内涵要恰如其分外延和内涵属于形式逻辑中的概念。所谓外延，是指一个概念所反映的每一个对象；而所谓内涵，则是指对每一个概念对象特有属性的反映。2、正文期刊发表论文格式要求正文篇幅一般在 2000--8000 字不等，包括简短引言、论述分析、结果和结论等内容。文中出现的外文缩写除公知公用的首次出现一律应标有中文翻译或外文全称。文中图、表应有自明性，且随文出现，并要有相应的英文名。文中图的数量一般不超过 6 幅。图中文字、符号、坐标中的标值和标值线必须写清，所有出现的数值都应标有明确的量与单位。文中表格一律采用"三线表"。文中有关量与单位必须符合国家标准和国际标准。用单个斜体外文字母表示（国家标准中专门规定的有关特征值除外；如要表示量的状态、序位、条件等，可对该单个字母加上下角标、阿拉伯数字以及"′""＾"等），避免用中文表示。正文章节编号采用三级标题顶格排序。一级标题形如 1，2，3，…排序；二级标题形如 1.1，1.2，1.3，…排序；三级标题形如 1.1.1，1.1.2，1.1.3，… 排序；引言不排序。3、参考文献期刊发表论文格式要求有专著（M），论文集（C），报纸文集（N），期刊文章（J），学位论文（D），报告（R），标准（S），专利（P），其他未说明文章（Z）参考文献如为专著，项目包括：作者姓名. 书名. 版本. 出版地：出版者，出版年；参考文献如为期刊，项目包括：作者姓名. 版本. 年. 月. 卷(期)～年. 月. 卷(期). 出版地：出版者，出版年；参考文献如为电子文献，项目包括：作者姓名. 电子文献题名. 文献出处或网址，发表或更新日期.4、作者信息包括作者简介（100 字以内）出生年月性别毕业院校学历主要研究方向。作者联系方式，包括：地址，邮编，电话，（含手机）E-mail 等。03三、期刊发表论文发表渠道将论文直投杂志社是作者的首选途径。但由于发表档期安排、论文需要修改和编辑部稿件堆积如山的现状，作者要想成功及时发表往往需要借助一些发表平台。国内比较可靠的发表渠道有期刊云，发表论文写作经验丰富。特别提示论文发表格式要求虽多，但如果在平时写作中有所注意，在发表时就会有事半功倍的效果不同的期刊可能还有不同的格式要去，应具体问题具体分析
