您好，推荐您用sci-hub进行下载，具体操作方法如下：Sci-hub主要是用来下载外文参考文献的，不过有些中文参考文献也是可以下载的。使用方法也十分简单，遇到想要下载的外文文献是，找到外文文献的doi，然后到sci-hub的界面，就是上面的那张图，进行搜索，即可下载文献。可能有些小伙伴不知道什么是doi，或者找不到文献的doi，所以这里再介绍一下doi的使用。那么什么是doi呢（掉书袋模式开启，嘿嘿）咳咳！DOI全称是Digital Object Identifier，即数字对象标识符，它是一串数字，字母和符号，用于永久标识文章或文档并链接到Web上。直白的说，doi就像我们每个人的身份证号码用来标识我们每个个体的唯一性一样，doi是用来标识文献的唯一性的，所以一篇文献只对应一个doi，而一个doi也只对应一篇文献。所以，这就是我们为什么使用sci-hub时要用doi进行检索的原因了，因为题目总会出现相同的情况，而doi它只对应它的唯一的那篇文献。通常我们想要下载外文文献的时候，基本上都能找到它的doi。如果我们想要知道一篇外文文献是否注册了DOI，或者想查到这篇文章的DOI号，可以在网站上查找 。网站是这个样子滴我们使用选项“search metadata”选项进行检索即可，输入文献题目就可以检索到它对应的doi了。如果是中文的文献的话，可以直接到中文DOI网站上免费查询文章的DOI号。中文DOI_这个是亚洲唯一的DOI注册机构网站，中文论文都经此注册。网站是长这样的当然，我们也可以直接使用 文献题目+doi 进行百度或者谷歌搜索 。拓展：有时sci-hub实在无法开工了，怎么办？别慌！还有这几个免费文献下载神器：1.PMC(PubMed Centeral)美国NCBI（美国国家生物技术信息中心）建立的数字化生命科学期刊文献集，现提供50余种生物医学期刊免费全文。Pubmed官方系统中，将免费的全文集中在此，查pubmed同时，就能查看PMC中的免费全文。常规来说，PMC中内容已相当全面了。2.PLoS(Public Library of SciencPLOS是一家由众多诺贝尔奖得主和慈善机构支持的非赢利性学术组织，旨在推广世界各地的科学和医学领域的最新研究成果，使其成为一种公众资源，科学家、医生、病人和学生可以通过这样一个不受限制的平台来了解最新的科研动态。PLoS出版了8种生命科学与医学领域的期刊，可以免费获取全文，比较具有影响力，Plos系列的期刊目前都已被SCI收录。虽然期刊数量不多，但是文章总体数量相当庞大。3.SRP（Scientific Research Publishing）Scientific Research Publishing(科研出版社，简称SRP)是一家国际综合性开源学术期刊出版机构。目前已有国际开源英文期刊近三百本，所有期刊都是开源的(OpenAccess，或称开放存取, 简称OA)，可免费下载所有期刊全文，所有期刊均回溯至创刊。多数期刊已被CAS，EBSCO，CAB Abstracts，ProQuest，IndexCopernicus，Library of Congress，Gale，CSP等数据库全文或摘要收录。4.OALib(OpenAccess LibraryOpen AccessLibrary(OA图书馆)通过提供高质量的文档和快速响应的服务器，致力于为学术交流和进步做贡献。为大家提供200多万篇学术文章，这个数字估计在不久的将来还会增加。这里很多内容与PMC交叉。不过会收录部分没有进入pubmed的免费全文。5.DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals)DOAJ(Directory of Open Access Journal)，免费的全文科技学术期刊。由瑞典的隆德大学图书馆Lund UniversityLibraries设立于2003年5月，从最初的350种期刊开始，现有2752种期刊，其中830种可以全文搜索。目前有140307篇文章。是个很好的专门OA期刊文献检索系统，但不包括预印本资源。该系统收录期刊的文章都是经过同行评议或严格评审的，质量高，与期刊发行同步，是做研究的好帮手。6.Annual Reviews网址：美国Annual Reviews出版社是一家专注于出版权威综述期刊的非盈利出版机构，它出版的AnnualReviews系列是引证率最高的出版物，所有期刊在其相应领域均排名前十。7.kl ArXivArXiv是属于CornellUniversity的非盈利教育机构，面向物理学、数学、非线性科学、计算机科学和定量生物学等学科提供16种免费电子期刊的访问。不需翻墙，而且速度较快。8. CERN Document Server主要覆盖物理学（particlephysics）及相关学科，提供360,000多篇全文文献，包括预印文献、期刊论文、图书、图片、学位论文等等。不需翻墙，速度较快9.Nature2014年12月，《自然》(Nature)宣布了开放所有研究论文，包括旗下48个杂志，可惜不能免费复制、打印或下载。但仅仅是在线看，但也是非常大的福利!10.Science.go美国“科学”网站收录内容以研究与开发报告为主，所有的信息均免费使用，也不必注册，但是通过这些站点链接的有些信息是限制使用或有条件使用的。

首先我们来了解一下英语论文投稿信的内容：
投稿信是作者和编辑就文章内容沟通的好机会，因此应该避免形式和过场，为应付和合规而撰写投稿信。
如果不能更用心，至少应该像撰写论文内容一样用心。因为，投稿信会影响到期刊编辑能否将你的稿件送出进行同行评议。
那么投稿信都应该包含哪些内容呢？
1、介绍自己的基本情况
2、你的稿件为什么非常适合刊发于该目标期刊；
3、强调稿件中最重要的研究成果和发现；
4、说明你的稿件中不存在抄袭、二次发表、一稿多投等违反科研诚信的内容；
5、多作者情况需与编辑确认所有作者均同意投稿
6、希望对方对稿件提出宝贵意见等；
7、客套、祝福话语等
当然，如果论文质量过硬，被送外审的可能性依旧非常大，但是投稿信可以说是编辑在看到你论文前对你形成的第一印象，那么为什么不给编辑留下个好印象呢？
接着我们了解一下投稿信结构：
撰写投稿信类似于写标准的商业信函。正式称呼编辑的姓名（如果您知道编辑的名字）。同时也给出您的联系信息。目标期刊的在线提交系统中，可能会有您的联系信息，但是在投稿信中给出联系信息也很必要。
投稿信的起始段，应当说明稿件题目及作者姓名。您也可说明所提交稿件的类型（研究论文、综述、个例研究等）。在此第一段中及接下来的段落，说明您研究的基本原理及主要成果。如果您之前发表过的文章与本稿件直接相关，可以提及该文章。
然后，用一个短段落来解释您的稿件为什么非常适合该目标期刊。切忌笼统地说，自己的稿件“是对该领域有意义的”或“新颖的”。应强调该目标期刊的宗旨和范围声明中的具体方面。
如果目标期刊表示对临床应用研究感兴趣，则必须强调自己的文章在临床意义方面的重要性。如果目标期刊提到其专注于纳米结构材料，那么您应当说明自己的文章如何与此类材料相关。
即使您的文章并非绝对适合此目标期刊，也要确保提及宗旨和范围声明中的某些内容，并解释清楚您的文稿为何会让该期刊的读者感兴趣。
最后，用简短段落结束投稿信，其中应包括下列各点：
1、稿件的原创性（例如，您亲自撰写，没有抄袭）

可以在掌桥科研官网进行下载。
具体步骤：
1、打开任意浏览器，搜索掌桥科研。
2、然后在搜索结果中点击掌桥科研官网。
3、进入首页，在检索框下方，有一个“重点期刊”版块
4、在重点期刊版块中找到“美国《科学引文索引》(SCI)”选项，将鼠标移到此处，点击。
5、重点期刊版块右侧会显示出SCI期刊目录。
6、点击SCI期刊目录右上角的“更多”标识，可以查看全部期刊。
7、选择自己所需的期刊，并打开，便会看到该期刊内的所有论文。
8、点击任意论文题名，便会进入该篇论文的详情页，可以查看该篇论文的基本信息，如摘要、作者、关键词等。

如何下载sci论文，这是一个比较大的内容。1、对于大多数SCI论文而言，都是需要收费才能进行下载的。只有不到10%的可以免费下载。比如pubmed中，对于大多数医学免费期刊，都已经做好链接。highware press是美国斯坦福大学图书馆数据，向全球提供了最大的免费下载平台。2、SCI论文，主要是以数据库的形势进行上市的，由几大数据库商业集团进行经营。如interscience(现已经为welly合并),welly，elseware,也就是我们经常用的scicedirect.其实，这两个数据库，现在已经 能够下载到ISI集团所收录的90%以上的SCI论文。对于非国内北大清华等有名的高校人员，想下载SCI论文，实在比较困难。主要在于可能盲目下载，花没有必要的钱。建议大家可以通过国内目前比较火爆的“派博传思国际中心”等中介机构，进行相关查新服务，比较可取。也可以，通过“科学中华人”等平台，进行SCI论文有效检索后，再进行付费下载服务。这样更为经济。

投稿分两种情况，1、直接过去投，2、网投。1、直接过去投对于本校的或者本地的杂志，记得一定要直接过去投。因为这样方便登记，可以减少编辑从网上下载下来慢慢登记的过程。呵呵，有些粗心的编辑说不定会把你的文章给漏掉。去登记的时候，带上三份稿件和电子版。一份便于编辑送出去审稿，一份给编辑保留，一份问编辑哪些需要修改以此表示你投稿的诚意。电子版最好用U盘拷来，邮箱有一份，防止出现意外。记得带上审稿费啊。（论文的格式和需要注意的地方，以后给大家再讲）。现在的杂志一般审稿至少都三个月，因为送给那些教授专家审稿，那些人都是一些大忙人，就算编辑催上几十次，也要三个月，如果不催一年也有可能。2、网投如果是网投，记得不要仅仅发一篇文章给编辑，什么都不说。这样他们会觉得你搞学术都忘了礼貌了。因为每天编辑都会收到几十封甚至几百封投稿邮件。：）发这样的笑脸蛮有用的，他们会觉得你亲切，说不定很快把你的论文下载下来跟你联系。编辑如果不把你的文章下载下来，你的文章就会石沉大海。这次由于我们学校邮箱系统出现问题，也导致我们各个编辑部的几百封投稿都弄丢了。记得一定要留你的联系方式，手机，座机，QQ，地址，邮编等一切可能的联系方式。当编辑跟你联系后，记得要记下他的联系方式，按照编辑的方式汇款，记得经常打电话询问你需要做什么样的修改。增刊一般学校都不承认。核心期刊的增刊一般都算是非核心期刊处理，具体的还要询问导师。研究生答辩前，如果是核心期刊，需要录用通知就行了；如果是非核心的，需要见刊。一般情况下，核心期刊每期的杂志安排都很超前，如果你需要投稿的话，记得要提前半年的时间，因为审稿还有三个月。除非你有关系或者你导师有关系，这个属于例外。投非核心的就找一个名声好一点都杂志投，这样不给导师丢脸，发表起来容易很多，审稿时候一般比较短，因为他们的稿源不多。一个月左右差不多都可以发表了。
