2022年1月21日,韩春雨在期刊(IF=16.971)发布了全新研究论文,落款企业为河北科技大学基因编辑研究中心。这间距他那时候造成极大的关注和异议的NgAgo研究论文早已过去快6年时间。

在这篇新论文中,韩春雨团队开发设计了一种新的根据Cas6的RNA荧光追踪服务平台,其具备更多的精确度和非特异。

该研究称NgAgo对真核生物(包含人)具备基因编辑技术工作能力。该研究取得成功迅速在全世界范畴内爆红,韩春雨教师先前籍籍无名,几乎一夜之间变成学界网络红人,被赞扬为“在三流学校获得全球一流原创设计成效,摆脱国际性基因编辑技术垄断性”。

该论文通讯作者为韩春雨,第一作者为高峰期,浙江大学专家教授沈啸为一同通讯作者,但在后面改动版本号中,沈啸从创作者名册中去除开。

2016年8月,河北科技大学创立基因编辑研究中心,方案资金投入资产逾2亿人民币。但NgAgo的研究成效引起普遍怀疑。

2017年8月3日,韩春雨撤销该论文。2018年8月31日,河北科技大学取消了韩春雨所获取的光荣称号,停止了韩春雨团队担负的科研课题并取回了科研费,取回了韩春雨团队所获校科学研究业绩考核奖赏。

2019年4月4日,预印本bioRxiv发表了一篇来源于美国普渡大学研究工作人员的研究论文,表明NgAgo根据Dna内切酶活力受体提高大肠埃希菌的同源重组。该研究表明NgAgo可以编写原核生物,但不可以编写真核生物基因。详细信息点一下:NgAgo可在原核生物上基因编辑技术

RNA在体细胞中的精准定位与其说作用息息相关,因而,开发设计用以追踪RNA在体细胞中遍布的技术性巨大地推动了RNA分子生物学的研究。近期,荧光蛋清标识的Cas9和Cas13在体细胞RNA追踪中的自主创新运用进一步充实了这一行业的研究辅助工具。

殊不知,Cas9和Cas13服务平台及其普遍采用的MS2-MCP技术性无法处理高声音分贝的问题。Cas6是I-E型CRISPR分子伴侣的关键部件,它根据鉴别具备Cas6融合结构域的茎环RNA完成融合并激光切割pre-crRNA。pre-crRNA的Cas6融合结构域与Cas6融合后可诱发Cas6的构像更改,造成其N端和C端并排。运用这一特点,韩春雨等人设计方案了一个根据Cas6的电源开关服务平台,用以在身体内检验和追踪总体目标RNA。

将split-Venus片段与来源于大肠埃希菌的内切圆核酸酶活力缺失的Cas6(dEcCas6)的N端(Venus-N,VN)和C端(Venus-C,VC)融合,结合的嵌合体VN-dEcCas6-VC与目地RNA融合时才会造成荧光。

因为其荧光相辅相成是由Cas6的变构电源开关受体的,因而韩春雨团队将其取名为根据Cas6的荧光相辅相成服务平台(Cas6FC)。

在体细胞中,Cas6FC可以几乎没有声音分贝的检验总体目标RNA。除此之外,只需在有兴趣的RNA中标识一个长为29nt的CBS团本,就能开启Cas6FC荧光,这极大降低了总体目标RNA构想和市场定位的潜在性更改的概率。

总体来说,韩春雨团队开发设计了一种新的根据Cas6的RNA荧光追踪服务平台,其具备更多的精确度和非特异。

值得一提的是,这篇论文的具体内容早在2019年7月份,就在预印本bioRxiv上线。如今这也是通过同行评议后宣布发布。

近三年发表的论文

一般来说,评职称的论文最好是近3-5年内发表的文章,有的会有明确的规定,如果如果超过了这一年限,那么文章就不能用了,因为职称论文的发表都有一定的有效性和创新性,所以过了这一时间可能就不符合职称论文的要求了。但具体也要因单位而异,单位的不用其要求的时间可。

1、要求参评人在任现职期间内发表。一般用于评职称的论文都是要求作者在任现职期间内发表的,这样的论文才能符合评职称时间的要求。也就是说晋升副高职称的话,那么就要在规定的评职准备材料的时间内成功发表论文,这样的论文才对评职称有效。

2、要求提前一年发表。因为论文的发表是需要经过期刊审核的,并不是投稿就能见刊,所以审核也是需要耗费一定时间的,因此也是有的单位要求评副高的论文最好是提前一年发表,这样论文能够来得及在评职称时使用。

职称论文确实有一定有效期的问题,但时间的要求上并不苛刻,是比较宽松的时间要求,因此作者无须担心论文有效期的问题,副高论文必须是近三年吗?一般来说3-5年之内发表的文章,只要没有公开发表过,专业方向相符,就可以用来申报职称,副高级职称申报也是如此。

职称论文的时效,也可以从职称申报间隔时间来看,比如中级职称晋升副高级职称,一般是取得中级职称后满五年即可申报,那么这个五年的期限要求就可以看做是职称论文发表期限的要求,这期间发表的论文就可以用来申报副高级职称。

申报人还需要关注最新文件的详细要求,文件要求一般也是3-5年之间,所以这个期限要求还是相对宽松的,副高级职称论文通常要求准备3篇或者3篇以上,3-5年的时间只要合理规划利用,绝对是富富有余的,所以职称论文发表要杜绝拖延,务必尽早准备。

这个期限之外发表的论文最好不要再用来申报职称了,即便文章的内容合适,职称论文最讲究时效性,过于久远的文章在专业创新性上是不符合要求的,以上就是对副高论文必须是近三年吗的解答。
