男，1958年10月生。1982年7月毕业于内蒙古医学院药学系药学专业，获得理学学士学位。1982年8月至1998年3月，在内蒙古医学院药学院从事教学工作；1998年3月至目前，调入内蒙古食品药品检验所工作。1995年晋升为副教授，2003年晋升为主任药师，职务：所长。学术研究2000年以来，主持和协作完成省部级、企业重大科研项目7项，2004年被评为内蒙古自治区优秀科技工作者，2006年被评为内蒙古自治区食品药品监督管理局优秀党务工作者。现担任《药物分析杂志》第七届编辑委员会编委、内蒙古自治区中医药学会管理专业委员会副主任委员、内蒙古自治区食品药品学会第一届理事会副理事长。目前在研的项目：“蒙药材草乌、水银和瑞香狼毒的特殊炮制技术研究”课题的研究（课题主持人），是国家科技部十一五支撑项目（2007-2010年）。近五年发表的代表性论文有：“四物汤及其有效部位对血流变学影响的研究”、“HPLC法测定蒙成药苦参七味胶囊中栀子苷的含量”、“中药指纹图谱共有峰的理论识别”、“四物汤中多糖部位的分离和分子质量分布测定”。研究方向是：天然药物及药物分析。
