呼吸内科是我实习的第一站，在这里什么都是从头学起，很多时候都让我有点手足无措。在老师的耐心教导和其他实习同学的悉心帮助下，我学会了开化验单和其它项目的申请单。慢慢地也开始会刊老师开的医嘱了，从简单的到复杂的，对于一些抗生素的使用也有了一定的了解。在查房过程中，带教老师会对某些疾病的要点进行讲解。有新病人时，老师会认真修正我所写的病历，第二天查房时还会讲解一下他们的诊断思路，这让我从中有了很大的进步。在呼吸科碰到的病种较多，有气胸、胸腔积液、COPD、哮喘、肺炎等，通过书写病历和体格检查，对这些疾病的症状和体征有了一定的了解。对于我在呼吸科感到比较遗憾的是，当时没有提出来去肺功能实验室观看肺功能实验是如何操作的。
从呼吸科出来后去了血液科。在这个科室最有意义的事就是做了一次骨穿。虽然在血液科只待了一个礼拜，但通过前几天的观摩，终于在出科前一天亲身实践了一次。看到自己成功完成了，真要谢谢老师对我的信任以及支持。骨穿对血液科来说是一项常规检查，所有张慧英主任在我们进科室第一天就给噩梦详细讲解了整个过程。血液科是我感觉与我们检验专业最有联系的一个科室，看到骨髓报告单让我很有亲切感，它不像B超、CT那样，我们一点都不懂。骨髓报告单上的每一项我们都很熟悉，我们以前的实验课都有练习过。通过在血液科的一周，我对再生障碍性贫血和缺铁性贫血有了深入的了解。
这个月内最后去的科室是心内科。由于在校期间没有怎么学心电图，所以跟着老师查房比较累。当老师们对着心电图讨论P波、U波、ST段时，刚开始可以说是一头雾水，几天下来渐渐进入状态了，一些简单的还能看得明白。在心内科的时候，还去导管室看了一次冠脉造影和一次PCI，当看着导丝从桡动脉穿刺进入到心脏时，不得不惊叹医学发展之快。对于冠脉狭窄的病人，成功实行PCI术，可以感觉到作为医生的自豪。有时仅仅坐在办公室里听老师们的讨论，就可以从中学到很多知识。在心内科碰到最多的病人就是冠心病，通过老师与病人的交谈，了解了冠心病的危险因素，知道冠脉造影是冠心病的确诊依据，对冠心病的治疗也有了一定的了解。
这是我实习的第一个月，在接下来的时间里，我将继续努力学习和实践，学有所成，学有所用。

到医院上班快三个月了，刚来时对这里的一切都感觉陌生，由于没有在这个医院儿科实习，所以对老师、同事、病人及家属们等的沟通上缺乏技巧、能动性，可能与性格内向相关吧！刚来时陈老师就说我不怎么爱说话，跟同事、病人，我只能一笑代之。
沟通真的很重要，不管你是干哪一行，你都避免不了要与别人接触，要与别人沟通。其实，只要我与病人及家属做到一个很好的护患沟通，那么我们就可以避免每天早晨病人不停的催输液，打针，换液体，拔针，甚至病人住了很久的院不知道自己的医生是谁，长什么样子，也不知道今天自己输了一些什么药，这些药都起什么作用，自己的病情到底是有好转还是恶化了，我想这样的情况肯定是有的，还有一些不必要的医疗纠纷，或者是什么交接班差错等等，我认为这些都是因为没有做好沟通而导致的，而因为沟通不良所引起的事件又何止这些……
所以，我觉得我们每一个人都要学习更多的沟通技巧与方法，我们护理工作者主要就是要做好与病人及家属之间的沟通，我们可以在不忙的时候去多转一转病房，与病人些聊一聊，什么都可以，闲聊，但是一定要记住不要说漏了一些病人不可以知道的，其实在我实习时的一个科室我觉得做的很好，老师们每天早上一上班不是就去做晨间护理什么的，就是在我们医院所谓的专业老师们她们会在交班之前的这一段时间各自巡视自己所负责的病室，去跟病人问候一下啊什么的，每天早上如此。我觉得这也并不是一种刻意的一定要去与病人说点什么，一个笑容，一句问候就可以了……

自从南丁格尔那盏小马灯照亮无数伤残战士生命的那一克起，便有无数巾帼志士受到那生命光辉的感召，纷纷放弃优越的生活来到各个需要帮助的人们身边，承担起守护健康守护生命的神圣使命。她们用勤劳的双手和博大的爱心，将人类的至真、至善、至美发挥到了极至，一如春风吹遍世界的每个角落。
我们的职业是被人尊称的“白衣天使”，也许只有同行们才清楚这天使背后的苦和累。工作对我们的要求是苛刻的。白大褂一穿，什么情绪和烦恼都得抛得远远的。在医院消毒水的气味中，我们走过了清纯的少女时代；从血淋淋的伤口边我们走过了炙热的青春年华；在白色的氛围中送走了无数个宁静的夜晚；在爱人的期待和孩子的埋怨中把自己奉献给了一个个伤痛病人。众所周知我们的工作辛苦，没有固顶的节假日；没有固顶休息时间。工作琐碎，责任重大。有的护士还需要跟麻风患者、精神病患者、传染病患者打交道。我们默默无闻的付出了很多。然而我们却经常遇到委屈和误解。但我们无怨无悔。因为我们深知服务对象是一个个需要人帮助和同情、在病痛中苦苦挣扎的病人。
“医生的嘴护士的腿”，不说别的，就是一个晚上，上急诊班的夜班护士全部走下来的就有四五十里路。腿都跑肿了。也许您不相信，但是请您看看护士姐妹们小腿上那盘曲的静脉曲张，您就明白了。在急诊科曾有一件这样真实的事情：下午快下班了，几声长笛送来了十几名乘坐小公共汽车出车祸的外伤病人。白班的护士都主动地留了下来，有条不紊地进行着抢救。直到晚上十点才回家。当饿着肚子拖着疲惫身体的小王问：“护士长，我们忙乎了一大顿却遭来一顿臭骂，那个醉汉还差点打着您！”护士长却大度地说：“那对小夫妻新婚燕儿，丈夫看到心爱的妻子伤得那么重，心里太焦急，加上又喝了酒。咱们就不要和他计较了。”象五一这样的长假，大家都留恋在如画的山水和浓浓的亲情中时，我们的急诊科却经常发生着这样的事情。
记得有一件事情我终生都难忘。当时，我为一名气管切开的患者做处置时。他气管套管里不时喷出的血溅了我一身一脸，空气中弥漫着臭味和血腥味。我真有点支撑不住的感觉，可是我忽然间看到，不能开口说话的病人做了一个动作，一个我终生都难忘的动作——病人费力地合拢手指做成作揖状，眼睛紧盯着我，满是无声的感激。那一刻，我被病人感动了，被我的工作感动了，感到这点委屈真的不算什么！
俗话说“三分治疗七分护理”，护理工作在整个医疗过程中占有举足轻重的地位。曾经有一个小脑萎缩的.病人，病人原来是一位英语老师，但他连续说三个字都不行。这样的病人单纯依靠医疗手段是不行的。我们就着重从心理因素是与他沟通，病人果然取得了较好的疗效。出院后为感谢我寄来了书法作品。我裱好后，拍成照片给他寄回去。让他真心感到护士对他康复的良好祝愿。一直到现在，病人都跟我保持联系，逢年过节都不忘给我寄一张贺卡。
您知道在英镑的背面印有女王伊丽莎白二世和南丁格尔的肖像吗？“燃烧自己照亮别人”，南丁格尔是英雄，是我们护士的骄傲。每一位真正的护士都是天使。我们的职业是这个社会不可缺少的职业，但又不是一种简单的职业。在我们每个人的一生中谁都无法拒绝天使，从您出生到您的生命完结，几乎每个人的生命都和护士有关。当生命悄悄来到每个人的身边，与病魔抗争和搏斗是，与生命同行的是护士。我们是普通的女性，在家里是女儿、妻子、母亲，我们又不是普通的女性，是这个城市时

大家好！

护理专业的发展为我们年轻人拓宽了施展才华的天地，神经内分泌科的复杂性给护理工作带来了极大的挑战！我相信有为才有位！曾有位哲人说过不要怕推销自己，只要你认为自己有才华，你就应认为自己有资格担任这个或那个职位，今天我有自信，更有勇气，走上竞聘的舞台，因为我觉得自己有信心有能力接受挑战，迎接考验。我认为自己有以下四个优势：
有丰富的临床工作经验。我曾在头颈科，外一科，内一科从事多年危重病人的护理工作，能熟练使用呼吸机等多种抢救仪器，由于我高度的责任心和细心耐心的观察和治疗，曾配合医生成功抢救危重病人多例，所以对危重病人的护理积累了丰富的经验。经过多年护理工作的锤炼，我积累了大量医疗护理知识，极大的提高了业务素质。
具有很强的团队意识和协作能力，在工作中，我和我的同事们配合科室主任与护士长，围绕患者的不同病情和服务需求，充分发挥个人力量和团队精神，向患者提供最好的治疗环境和护理服务。另外做好自己本职工作外，还担任起科室的医院感染监控工作，每月认真做好各项监测，并指导督促大家学习院感知识，定期考核，严格遵守院感制度，多年来，科室各项监测达标。
本人具备良好的心态，遇事冷静。从事护理工作数年，每天都要接待不同的患者及家属。在工作中经常会遇到一些情绪激动，言辞苛刻的患者及家属，此时，我都能保持良好的心态，冷静的头脑，不畏惧，不退缩，以理服人，以情动人，耐心的与患者沟通，细致的做好患者的解释安抚工作。

重点管理护理安全，防范和减少护理差错。开展安全忧患意识教育，随着普法知识的不断深入，患方的法律意识不断增强。所以要定期组织护士学校法律知识，督促核心制度的落实，并结合具体的案例进行讲座，做到警钟长鸣。使护士在护理工作中，善于洞悉每一个环节所可能潜在的安全隐患，加强法制观念，以法来规范自己的行为，以法服务病人，以法保护自己，防患于未然。
以病人为中心，以质量为核心。我将以人为本，调动科室内护理人员的积极性，在整体护理工作中发挥主观能动性，从而提高护理质量。质量管理要求用数据说话。我将每周进行质量监控，结合病人全面检查护士对实施整体护理的情况，作出评价，找出存在的问题，把问题和难点作为制定计划的目标，并每月召开质量讲评会讲解。集思广益，在科室开展品管圈活动，我会发扬民主精神，使科室人人都以主人翁精神参与管理。培养大家的自信心，加强护士之间相互配合精神和集体观念。
注重学习，增强科研意识，打造学习型科室。根据科室具体情况，制定学习计划，定期组织护士学习新业务，新知识，新技术，进行临床经验交流，努力提高每位护士的业务水平，并组织大家学习论文检索，论文撰写，培养大家永不满足的学习心态，从而提高护理质量。同时加强自身建设，不断学习管理知识和业务知识。我深知护士长即是指挥官，又是战斗员，所以要不断提高自己的管理能力和业务技能。
加强沟通，增进协调，积极主动协调好医护关系，护患关系。理解科室里的每位工作人员。做一个善于沟通的管理者。对护士既要严格要求，又同她们加强感情交流，结成知心朋友，让护士与自己在一起时感到轻松，愉快，构建一支和谐的团队，让患者舒心，安心，让同事欢心，顺心。让领导放心，省心。
增强经营意识，降低护理成本，提高经济效益。树立视院为家，以科室为家的观念，艰苦奋斗，厉行节约，从我做起，以实际行动感染和带动大家，强化增收节支意识，从节约每张纸，每度电，每滴水这样的小事做起，营造浓厚的节约气氛。同时要积极探索以人为本的人性化服务理念新思路，创立温馨病房，创造名护效应，打造温馨护理品牌。实行温馨礼仪服务，温馨知识服务，人性化温馨护理服务，人本护理服务，延伸的护理关怀服务等，建立温馨和谐的护患关系，不断提高人民群众的满意度，塑造我们医院的整体形象。

走进医院就是走上战场。日复一日、年复一年，每时每刻，我们都在打着一场场没有硝烟的战争。我们和疾病作战，也向自己的体能挑战。我们的工作是紧张的、繁忙的、琐碎的。时间就是生命，每个病人都刻不容缓。铺床、吸氧、输液、抽血、做心电图、心电监测、生命体征测试，一系列的救治工作必须在几分钟内完成。若是一个人值夜班，工作量就更大了。
1 床的病人憋喘，2 床的病人输液完了，3 床的病人又吐了，4 床的病人血压低，不好，5 床的病人室颤了!6 床的老大爷您先等一会儿，等我抢救完病人再给您解释医疗费用，7 床的大娘您也先等一会，尿湿的被褥等抢救完病人马上就给您更换。一个接一个的治疗、护理工作累得我们恶心、胃疼、喉咙冒烟、汗水模糊了双眼。下班了，不想抬腿、不想说话、不想吃饭，只想睡觉。但闭上眼睛，脑海里却又浮现出病人痛苦的面容。
“唉，护士真辛苦，不如做医生。”丈夫心疼地对我说。
“医生也不好做。医生查房一站就是几个小时，若是赶上连台手术，需要连续作战十几个小时，一般的体力都吃不消。值夜班就更辛苦了，一夜不知要起多少回。记得有一个病人室颤了，医生连鞋都没穿就跑过来了。还记得有一个病人抢救无效死亡了，病人的儿子不问青红皂白就要揍医生，还执意要求继续抢救。医生足足为病人胸外心脏按压了近3 个小时，累得汗水一滴滴往下流，浑身都散架了，而我捏呼吸囊的手也累得麻木了。快过年吧，但愿到时候病人能少一点，也好让我们喘口气。”我竟像孩子一样欣喜地盼望年的到来。
年终于临近了，但由于天气骤变，病人反而有增无减，病房走廊里都没地方加床了，监护室的床位使用率更是高达200%。往往中午班忙到下午，下午班忙到晚上，而小夜班有时要忙到凌晨1 点，大夜班要忙到早晨9 点。孩子在校门口焦急地徘徊，眼里含着泪;丈夫摸着发烧近40 ℃的孩子，一遍遍地催电话;妈妈做的饭菜热了又凉、凉了又热。
医生、护士也是人啊，我们也有自己的小家庭!但只要有病人，我们就要坚守岗位，就要付出汗水，就要将焦虑、忧愁、痛苦一一收藏。有人说我们是为了钱才无限制地接收病人，病人多，奖金高。我告诉他救死扶伤是我们的职责，没有奖金也一样接收病人。当他得知我们每月仅有二三百元奖金时，他很震惊，“你们太辛苦了!你们的收入和付出不平衡啊。我还觉得你们每月能拿二三千元奖金呢。”
爱岗敬业，这就是白衣战士最平凡的奉献。我们不是伟人，不是英雄，我们却是最崇高的人!我们用自己的实际行动履行着这样一个誓言：把我的一生献给人道主义服务。我凭着良心和尊严行使我的职业。我首先考虑的是病人的健康。我将尽我的一切能力维护医务职业的荣誉和崇高传统。
也许想起护士，总会让人们想起她们日夜奔走于病房的双脚，想起她们大小不一、新旧各异的护士鞋。自打我参加工作以来，我们单位一直留有一种传统：每年的护士节都会给所有在职护士发一双护士鞋。我在这个平凡的岗位上已经做了19个年头，经历了18个护士节，因此，便有幸拥有了18双护士鞋。
这十几年里，我们医院规模从小到大，实力由弱到强，继而跻身全国知名肿瘤专科医院之列，享有较高的'盛誉。护士鞋的档次也就由低到高，质量由劣到优，据说今年的护士鞋是大商场标价为数百元的，样子也是时下最流行的。我想就连这小小的护士鞋也该感到幸福了吧，它不但见证了我们医院欣欣向荣的发展史，而且也深刻感受到了医院领导对护士、对护理事业的重视、关怀、理解和支持。

护士鞋就这样无怨无悔地被我们踩在脚下，在治疗室与病房之间奔跑着无数个来回。病人病情好转了，护士鞋把护士幸福的微笑记在心里;病人病情加重了，护士鞋把护士的焦急看在眼里，无声陪伴着护士更频繁地出入病室，往返于病人身旁。光阴荏苒，我们的病人走了又来，来了又走;护士鞋便也旧了又新，新了又旧。在护士面对她们神圣职业“春蚕到死丝方尽”的坚定里，护士鞋也表现出了“蜡炬成灰泪始干”的从容。

大家上午好！
很荣幸参加卫生局领导为我们全区护士姐妹们浓重举行的护士节庆祝大会。借此机会代表我个人及没来参加庆祝大会的护士们：感谢卫生局各位领导对我们护理工作的高度重视及大力支持，感谢局领导对我们护士姐妹生活、学习及工作上的关心，认可。另外借此机会感谢总护士长对我们工作上的严格要求，学习上的支持、鼓励，生活上的关心，给了我们工作上的动力和激情。
我从事临床护理工作20年，临床护理管理工作3年，也无数次当过病人及病人家属。
1、切身体会到病人的身心的痛苦和需要。
我在QQ空间里写了一篇工作体会，其中写到了：
（1）病人就象家里的老人，需要医护人员认真履行职责，尊重、关心，理解病人、要有高度的责任心，娴熟的技术才能保证他们的医疗安全；
（2）病人就象生意上的顾客，需要医护人员提供热忱、周到、耐心细致的服务，病人就象消费者，我们的医疗服务就象出厂的产品，必须保证医疗服务质量；
（3）病人就象亲戚朋友，需要医护人员具有良好的伦理道德，以诚相待。只要医护人员做到了以上这些，应该能建立良好的医患关系，并减少医疗纠纷的发生。
昨天晚上我和科室的老同志在电话里谈到了建立良好的医患关系对减少和避免医疗纠纷的重要性。我们每位医护人员必须学习医学心理学和医学伦理学，才能潜移默化地体会到病人的痛苦、身心需要，病人的权利和义务，才能真正地做到急病人所急，想病人所想。对病人的微笑是发自内心而不是违心的，对病人的服务意识，服务理念才能真正的改变。
2、也切身体会到护理工作特别是急诊抢救工作的苦和累，理体会到了护士的心理压力和心理心理需要。

我是来自妇产科的普通护士，今天演讲的题目是“护理优质服务”，也是XX年护理工作的主题。

两年的妇产科工作，让我感觉到护士的工作不像别人说的那样伟大，很平凡，但可贵的是，我们都坚守着这份平凡，都在平凡中默默奉献，奉上自己的一片爱心，献出满怀真情，患者痊愈后的笑脸和真诚的感谢，诠释出我们职业的神圣和人生的尊严，青春在病床边悄悄逝去，理想在现实中熠熠生辉，把微笑写在脸上，把辛酸埋在心里，把燕尾顶在发稍，把圣洁挂在胸间，我们以饱满的热情投入到我们热爱的护理工作中去。

首先感谢医院给了我这一次参与竞聘的机会，我想说：应对这次的机遇与挑战，我对自己充满信心，同时对我们医院的未来也充满信心。
我叫，现年32岁，大专学历，本科即将毕业。是涉外病房护士，___年7月毕业于宁夏护士学校，先后在本院急诊科、肾脏内科、综合病房、内分泌等科室工作过，___年调到涉外病房至今。十二年的护理工作生涯使我已成长为一名具有较扎实的护理基础理论及专科技能的年轻护师。在我所工作过的科室，无论是从科室领导、同事还是病人对我的工作都给予了肯定和好的评价。先后发表学术论文3篇。20___年9月透过院内考试选拔，参加了为期一年的脱产日语学习，并以优异的成绩透过了日本语潜力二级考试。

1、在护理部主任的领导和科主任的业务指导下，按照护理质量标准，制定工作计划，并组织实施具体工作，认真履行护士长职责和义务。坚持“以病人为中心”的服务理念，把好入院宣教与出院指导关，加大健康教育力度。
2、不断加强医护，护患沟通，定期征求各方意见，及时采取整改措施扬长避短。更好地为病人带给优质亲情服务。
3、使科室人人都以主人翁精神参与管理。挖掘护士潜能，调动科室人员工作的主观能动性，合理配置人力资源。鼓励护士每人每年完成1—2篇论文。定期业务学习和经验交流，培养护士科研意识。
4、重点管理护理安全，杜绝护理纠纷和护理差错。开展法律意识教育，防范安全隐患。制定切实可行的岗位职责制。做到有章必循、责罚分明。严格遵守规章制度及操作规程，及时完成各种有效记录，把好护理环节质量和终末质量关。
5、培养经营意识，善于进行成本效益核算。创造科室效益的同时节约不必要的开支，降低医疗成本，保障科室走持续发展的道路。
6、做到对日常工作月有计划、周有安排和日有程序，抓工作中的重要方面，解决主要矛盾，保证护理工作的正常秩序。
不管我是否能成为一名护士长，我都会一样热爱所从事的护理事业，牢固树立全心全意为患者服务的思想，为我院的发展和繁荣值好每一班岗！

2、我认为具备一定的护理基层管理能力及创新能力；我现在是科室的组长及护理带教组长，也负责科室两年的通讯工作，平时要协助护长进行护理质量的监控，包括护理文书的规范书写、护理服务的效果、院感的监控、物资的申领等，另外带教这方面也是我的主要工作，包括制定科室护理培训计划并实施，做好每月护理理论考核以及实习生带教工作等。本人具有一定的创新能力，曾发表了两篇护理论文，在医院工作期间也先后三次参加了本科护士科研设计比赛，并取得了优秀的成绩。

记得一次下夜交接班时，巡视至十二床，患儿八岁，病重，刚抽搐镇静处理过，患儿的妈妈一边哭泣一边通电话，没在意我们交接班，患儿LA侧电极片松脱，我们予更换松脱电极片，此时妈妈抬头看心电监护呈一直线，摸了下患儿额头，惊慌失措、伤心欲绝的冲出病房，用方言大声呼叫其亲人，瞬间冲进三四个家属，然后她们发现心电图一切正常，这个情景深深触动了我。如今我也是一位母亲，有个可爱的女儿，我知道小孩病痛时父母所承受的那份焦急与忧虑，儿女痊愈后的欣喜，更明白失去儿女对一个家庭意味着什么？——那将是灭顶之灾！于是我暗下决心，一定要好好的用心工作，为了那些可爱的孩子，为了每一个家庭的未来。
回顾十三年来的工作，我体会了什么叫忙碌，因我经常一上班就“马不停蹄”的干到下班，拖班是常事，也是科内抢救病人数最多的.一个，同事们都管我叫“马路”。我也同样体会了什么叫疲惫，什么是委屈，但我没有后悔与抱怨，因为我同样体会到了面对血管条件差的患儿我们依然能“一针见血”的喜悦；也体会到把一个垂危的患儿从死神手里抢救回来时，那种欣慰感和成就感，就象是自己生了一个孩子；也体会到得到家长和患儿肯定的那种满足感。
20xx年7月底NlCU开科，科室人员不足，加上是层流无陪护病房，患儿所有治疗及生活护理，如喂奶、换尿布、沐浴等均由护士完成，操作难度及工作量大不说，还得细心和有爱心。
“小七，不哭不哭，亲妈来了”郑如正在和哭闹的七床宝宝说话，擦擦屁股，摸摸身子，抱起来轻晃着，并轻唱着《小星星》，很快小七就安静了，下一秒就含着笑睡着了。这是小七出院前的一幕，其实小七（化名）是我们开科至今收治最小的早产儿，29周，970g，奶量从1mL开始喂起，为了训练他的吸吮能力，有时一歺只吃5mL就得喂上二十几分钟，每次看他能完成医嘱奶量虽然时间长点，我们依然很开心，就这样每天一毫升一毫升的添加，出院时每歺能吃35mL奶量，体重也达到20xxg。上周小七五个月了在门诊体检，其母亲特地把小七抱到病房，让秀玲护士长抱给大家看看，看到小七后大伙都兴奋了，这个抱抱，那个亲亲，还有的送上祝福，好似遇见了许久未见的自己的孩子，那样亲切，那样有爱。
其实这种情景在我们科最常见了，因为每个人都称自己是这些宝宝们的“亲妈”，“亲妈”多么亲切的称呼，每个人从不吝啬自己的温柔，轻轻的开暖箱门，轻轻的关上暖箱门，生怕惊扰了他们；许多患儿的手臂不及我的拇指大，耐心的找血管后再穿刺，不愿让他们多挨一针；就连撕他们身上的胶布都特别小心，先沾点水，胶布湿了再小心翼翼地除去，就怕伤了他们娇嫰的皮肤……看到宝宝们一个个康复出院，我们都感到特别满足和幸福。
记得爱默生说过“虽然我们走遍世界去寻找美，但是美这东西要不是存在于我们内心，就无从寻找”。是的，我们得用心去工作，把内心最美的那一面展现给患儿，用心的去照顾每一个患儿。在这我要给自己及全科护士点赞，我们也应该努力争取自己应得的那一份喝彩，护士的岗位是平凡的，但是今后我们仍应该不断的提升业务水平，更好的为患儿服务，在平凡的岗位尽心尽责，让喝彩不断！

自从南丁格尔那盏小马灯照亮无数伤残战士生命的那一克起，便有无数巾帼志士受到那生命光辉的感召，纷纷放弃优越的生活来到各个需要帮助的人们身边，承担起守护健康守护生命的神圣使命。她们用勤劳的双手和博大的爱心，将人类的至真、至善、至美发挥到了极至，一如春风吹遍世界的每个角落。
我们的职业是被人尊称的“白衣天使”，也许只有同行们才清楚这天使背后的苦和累。工作对我们的要求是苛刻的。白大褂一穿，什么情绪和烦恼都得抛得远远的。在医院消毒水的气味中，我们走过了清纯的少女时代；从血淋淋的伤口边我们走过了炙热的青春年华；在白色的氛围中送走了无数个宁静的夜晚；在爱人的期待和孩子的埋怨中把自己奉献给了一个个伤痛病人。众所周知我们的工作辛苦，没有固顶的节假日；没有固顶休息时间。工作琐碎，责任重大。有的护士还需要跟麻风患者、精神病患者、传染病患者打交道。我们默默无闻的付出了很多。然而我们却经常遇到委屈和误解。但我们无怨无悔。因为我们深知服务对象是一个个需要人帮助和同情、在病痛中苦苦挣扎的病人。
“医生的嘴护士的腿”，不说别的，就是一个晚上，上急诊班的夜班护士全部走下来的就有四五十里路。腿都跑肿了。也许您不相信，但是请您看看护士姐妹们小腿上那盘曲的静脉曲张，您就明白了。在急诊科曾有一件这样真实的事情：下午快下班了，几声长笛送来了十几名乘坐小公共汽车出车祸的外伤病人。白班的护士都主动地留了下来，有条不紊地进行着抢救。直到晚上十点才回家。当饿着肚子拖着疲惫身体的小王问：“护士长，我们忙乎了一大顿却遭来一顿臭骂，那个醉汉还差点打着您！”护士长却大度地说：“那对小夫妻新婚燕儿，丈夫看到心爱的妻子伤得那么重，心里太焦急，加上又喝了酒。咱们就不要和他计较了。”象五一这样的长假，大家都留恋在如画的山水和浓浓的亲情中时，我们的急诊科却经常发生着这样的事情。
记得有一件事情我终生都难忘。当时，我为一名气管切开的患者做处置时。他气管套管里不时喷出的血溅了我一身一脸，空气中弥漫着臭味和血腥味。我真有点支撑不住的感觉，可是我忽然间看到，不能开口说话的病人做了一个动作，一个我终生都难忘的动作——病人费力地合拢手指做成作揖状，眼睛紧盯着我，满是无声的感激。那一刻，我被病人感动了，被我的工作感动了，感到这点委屈真的不算什么！
俗话说“三分治疗七分护理”，护理工作在整个医疗过程中占有举足轻重的地位。曾经有一个小脑萎缩的病人，病人原来是一位英语老师，但他连续说三个字都不行。这样的病人单纯依靠医疗手段是不行的。我们就着重从心理因素是与他沟通，病人果然取得了较好的疗效。出院后为感谢我寄来了书法作品。我裱好后，拍成照片给他寄回去。让他真心感到护士对他康复的良好祝愿。一直到现在，病人都跟我保持联系，逢年过节都不忘给我寄一张贺卡。

记得我们病区曾经收治过一位81岁右股骨颈骨折的老奶奶，在入院第九天因绝对卧床、进食不多和运动减少， 3天未解大便，口服通便药及开塞露塞肛处理仍然无效，情绪异常烦燥，家属焦虑万分。护士长晚查房时发现了这一情况，根据多年的临床护理经验，病人因大便干结而至排便不畅，她二话没说，马上戴上手套，用手一点一点，为病人抠出了干结的大便。面对老人及家属的感谢，她挥挥手说没什么，这只是我们应该做的。这双手是辛苦的、忙碌的，甚至有时还会留下伤痕，但这双手却体现着人间最美好的真情。
若有人问我：“世界上谁的微笑最美”？我会毫不犹豫回答：“是我们护士的微笑”。在病人呻吟时，护士的一个微笑能让病痛减轻，能温暖一颗因疾病而变得冰冷的心，能使绝望的病人重新树立起战胜疾病的信心。
有一件事让我感动至今，那是我们病区收治的第一例气管切开病人，为保证患者呼吸道的通畅，我们每天必须为她多次吸痰。那天，我象往常一样，先帮她吸尽气管中的分泌物，再为她更换床单，突然，她由于体位改变，呛咳了一下，气管套管内的的分泌物喷了我一头一脸，浓烈的腥臭味让我一阵反胃。就当我要转身整理一下时，忽然看到不能说话的病人一脸紧张，从她的眼神中我读懂了她的谦疚，“没关系，我们只要再换一下被子就好了”，我微笑着说。当她拔除气管插管后，见到我说的第一句话就是：谢谢您，您的笑真美！就在那一刻，我的内心感受到一种强烈的震撼……是啊，微笑犹如一缕清风，能吹去患者心中的忧郁与不安，微笑犹如一句简单的问候，能消弥病人的恐惧与陌生，是微笑让我们与患者之间架起沟通的桥梁。

The college students I see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. We help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time s to supplement our pocket money.
