英文期刊返修投稿流程
从写好一篇SCI，到投递一篇SCI，这个过程中我们需要经历哪些工作呢？选择合适的SCI期刊、下载Introduction for submission、准备稿件及其相关材料、网上投稿-Submit a manu，每个步骤都需要我们认真对待。选择合适的SCI期刊毫无疑问，最先要做的，就是选择期刊。据统计，大部分作者关注的期刊不超过20个，而略有接触的期刊也少于50个。而相对几千种SCI期刊来说，确实不够。选择期刊，建议结合专业、最近的影响因子表，和他人经验来综合选择要投递的期刊。1.投刊选择一是选定SCI源期刊。首先要了解相关学科被SCI收录的期刊及其基本情况,了解该刊物的投稿须知、主办单位、办刊宗旨、联系方式、出版形式、出版周期、报导内容、来稿规定等。查询哪些刊物被SCI收录,可以直接访问ISI公司的主页,找到SCI收录的期刊列表。其次,进一步通过ISI每年出版的期刊引用报告(JournalCitationRe-ports,JCR),查找相应期刊的影响因子,可以根据期刊的影响因子排名来决定投稿方向,确定它们的档次,选择合适的刊物。二是选择有关国际学术会议论文集。SCI除主要收录来自源期刊的科技论文外,还收录了一些重要的国际会议论文集,也收录一些国际上主要的学术团体、学会、协会和研讨会的会议录。因此,积极参加国际会议并提交学术论文进行国际间的学术交流,也是增加科技论文被SCI收录的途径之一。2.投稿事项向SCI国际学术期刊投稿有几个途径:一是寄给主编,二是寄到编辑部,三是在线传送,当然以在线传送最方便、安全、快捷,应按具体杂志的具体要求进行。国际学术期刊的审稿周期较短,快则2周,慢则几个月即可明确通知通讯作者是否采用稿件。通讯作者担负着同编辑部联系的责任。稿件审理结束后,主编会将审稿人对论文的评审意见寄给通讯作者,并会明确通知通讯作者是否退稿或要求作者修改稿件。审稿人及主编对论文的评审、修改意见一般都比较具体,作者应按修改意见在规定时间内修改稿件或补充实验数据,并在给主编的信(CoverLetter)中陈述是具体如何修改的,哪些地方按修改意见作了修改,以及没按修改意见修改的原因等。主编收到修改稿后会很快通知通讯作者是否正式录用稿件。一般情况下,按修改意见在规定时间内修改的稿件都会被正式录用,个别情况会再评审修改稿。由于办刊经费不足、发行量少、印刷出版成本费高等原因,SCI源期刊也是要收取一定的版面费或发表费。另外,论文发表后杂志会免费提供样刊或一定数量的抽印本(offprints),若作者要求额外的抽印本则需另外付费。优助医学专注医学学术，sci实验定制，数据统计，科研立项，行业深耕八年~下载Introduction for submission只要到每个杂志的首页，打开submit paper一栏，点击Introduction查看或下载即可。通常投稿须知会有如下内容：(1) 读刊头(masthead statement，通常放在期刊前面的文题页上)，以了解刊名、简单的办刊宗旨、编辑委员会组成、编辑部成员、出版商及其联系地址等。(2) 浏览目录(table of contents)，确定该刊物是否发表你研究领域的文章及发表的比例有多大。(3) 注意栏目设置，确定拟投稿件的栏目。(4) 看拟投栏目文章的范例，了解撰写要求及格式。(5) 某些期刊刊登投稿和接收日期(submitted and accepted dates)，可据此计算论文发表周期。(6) 广告数量可间接判断期刊质量。因为广告公司都愿意将金钱投到质量高、影响大的期刊上。(7) 通过11或12月份出版的杂志最后几页上的“所有权、管理和发行声明”(statement of ownership，management，and circulation)查找期刊发行量。(8) 核查有无北美和欧洲以外国家作者撰写的文章。(9) 有些期刊还刊登报道计划，作者可依此拟订自己的投稿计划。准备稿件及其相关材料Preparation：Manu.doc、Tables.doc、Figures.tiff(jpg等)、Cover letter，有时还有Title page、Copyright agreement、Conflicts of interest等。网上投稿-Submit a manu先到每个杂志的首页，打开submit paper一栏，先以通讯作者的身份register一个账号，然后以author login身份登录。登录投稿系统后，点Start new submission(新投稿)即可以开始投稿，上面提到的几类投稿系统是比较常见的，先选文稿类型，然后填写标题，摘要，关键词，作者信息，文章细节信息等，根据各个系统的具体要求逐步来填写，打星号的是必填项，其他可以选择性的填写。比较特殊的是Nature Publishing group这个系统，如Scientific reports这个杂志，需要先上传文稿，然后再填写具体相关信息。如有不太清楚如何填写的内容，可以再看下稿约的内容。最后根据不同杂志的要求上次稿件。传完稿件后一般会有一个确认的过程，杂志社投稿系统会自动生成一个PDF文档，需要下载查看，这个文档前面是刚才填入系统的一些信息，后面是文章内容，因为PDF是投稿系统自动生成的，格式会与提交的Word文档略有不同，不用太在意，最终会以Word文档为准。如果内容上没有问题，点确认后就可以提交完成投稿了。在线投稿却需要我们注意：一、应注意查询拟投稿期刊的最新要求，以便在稿件的准备中尽早开始遵循期刊的习惯和格式。二、投稿时应严格遵循期刊的相关要求，按规定的程序填写或添加投稿信息，如投稿信、摘要、文件类型、辅助信息、图件、建议的审稿人等，以满足期刊的要求。三、Email地址必须准确，有些期刊要求主要作者和通信作者有相互独立的用户名和密码，并且主要是与通信作者进行投稿及投稿后的联系，这也是在投稿时需要注意的。四、除了Email和FTP投稿形式需要一次性投稿外，通过网页的投稿可以采取暂时保存的形式分多次完成投稿任务，在最终递交稿件前，投稿系统需要作者确认所有项目均已完成并且允许作者修改。通常情况下投稿完成以后就不允许作者对已投的稿件进行修改，除非编辑和出版商要求作者作某些修改。五、投稿成功以后，作者通常会收到一份来自编辑或系统的确认函，作者可根据确认函提供的稿件编号跟踪稿件状态及进行投稿后的联系（如要求加快稿件处理速度），可通过投稿系统规定的渠道或Email与编辑联络。六、当稿件需要修改时，编辑会通过邮件通知作者需要修改的细节，作者应该通过指定的方式递交修改稿（投稿系统，Email或FTP）。
在你自己写好文章后，你自己去找SCI的一些期刊，你平时要关注这些期刊的信息和内容，选一个适合你文章方向的期刊，然后难度程度是你自己能够够得着的。
2020年下半年中科院给出了1个SCI期刊预警名单，该名单公布后，各大高校纷纷也将这些期刊列入本校SCI期刊的黑名单。
根据“模术狮”众多专家的分析，目前“审稿又快、质量又水”的SCI期刊，建议看看MDPI旗下的，但是呢，友情提醒：去年很多MDPI旗下的SCI期刊都被列为预警期刊了，此外，MDPI旗下的SCI、EI期刊有个显著的特点，初审通过率极低，尤其是中国作者的稿件。
1、非预警审稿慢
非预警SCI期刊中，审稿快的极少极少，自己投稿一般都要3~6个月才能获得一审返修意见，投稿到录用6~9个月是非常正常的。我们接触过超级多的大牛专家，文章写得非常好，但是投过去半年多了还没收到反馈意见。
2、推荐出版审稿快
委托专家推荐到Special Issue的稿件，审稿会快一些，因为Special Issue的审稿人都是主编认识的专家，主编可以请他们加快审稿进度。
3、稿件质量有要求
然而，无论您是自己投稿，还是委托专家推荐到Special Issue，稿件质量都是有要求的，太差的稿件肯定不行。
现在SCI期刊审稿流程是非常严格的，每篇稿件都要在投稿系统中经过如下流程：编辑初审、第1次同行评审、作者返修、多次同行评审和多次返修、出版社QA编辑质量把关、主编最终决定、Proof、出版、WOS数据库收录。太水的稿件，建议转投EI会议。
4、SCI收稿方向窄
不同于中文核心期刊，大部分SCI期刊收稿方向非常窄，很多稿件连初审都很难通过，更别提外审、录用了。具体投哪个期刊，需要根据您的研究方向、影响因子要求、中科院分区要求、录用时间要求、检索时间要求来匹配。
1、选择合适的SCI期刊。2、下载Introduction for submission。只要到每个杂志的首页，打开submit paper一栏，点击Introduction查看或下载即可。3、稿件及其相关材料准备-Preparation：Manuscript.doc、Tables.doc、Figures.tiff（jpg等）、 Cover letter，有时还有Title page、Copyright agreement、Conflicts of interest等。4、网上投稿-Submit a manuscript：先到每个杂志的首页，打开submit paper一栏，先以通讯作者的身份register一个账号，然后以author login身份登录，按照提示依次完成：Select Article Type、Enter Title、Add/Edit/Remove Authors、Submit Abstract、Enter Keywords、Select Classifications、Enter Comments、Request Editor、Attach Files，最后下载pdf，查看无误后，即可到投稿主页approve submission或直接submit it。 当然，不少杂志采用email投稿，这时候，你需要注册一个hotmail或yahoo，或gmail信箱，然后将cover letter的内容略修改作为信的内容，将文章各部分作为附件发送过去。一般不建议用国内的信箱，因为不少国外的杂志对国内的信箱是屏蔽的。5、定期关注稿件状态-Status：Submit New Manuscript、Submissions Sent Back to Author、Icomplete Submissions、Sbmissions Waiting for Author's Approval、Submissions Being Processed、Submissions Needing Revision、Rvisions Sent Back to Author、Icomplete Submissions Being Revised、Risions Waiting for Author's Approval、Revisions Being Processed、Declined Revisions。一般来说，投稿后，一周以内便可以进入审稿状态，1-3个月会有初审结果。如何关注呢，如果是你自行投稿，建议三天，一周，半个月，一个月，两个月均check一次。6、修回稿的投递-Submitted the revised manuscript：主要修改revised manuscript、response to the reviewers、cover letter，关键是response letter，这非常关键，要逐条回复reviewers的意见，这里面技巧相当多。程序是进入投稿主页main menu，点击revise，仍然按照原先程序投递（近似于4），切记把修改的标题、摘要和回复信等内容要修改。最后上传附件时，先把留下来且未修改的材料前打钩（表示留下不变），然后点击next，再上传已经修改的材料（主要包括revised manuscript、response to the reviewers、cover letter等），最后下载pdf，查看无误后，即可到投稿主页approve submission或直接submit it。7、校样-Correct the proof：一般编辑部先寄出三个电子文档，包括Query、Proofs、p-annotate，有时也可能伴有纸质文档校样。校样后通过E-mail 寄出即可，或通过email确认。一般校样作者自行核对，我们有专门的校样工作人员，可以检查出在校样过程中，发现的一些细微错误。对文章进行最后的完善。8、版权协议-Copyright agreement和利益冲突-Conflicts of interest：一般首次投稿时就需要提供，但也有少数杂志是Accepted之后才需要提供。 付款。一般文章确认接收后，有付款的过程。
第一步：sci论文投稿前准备
1、sci论文投稿，要有明确的对象，且不能一稿多投。这需要作者在投稿前，确定要投稿的sci期刊是谁。
2、sci期刊有投稿要求，需要作者核实自己的文章是否满足要求，若不满足，要及时修改完善。
3、sci期刊有多个收稿渠道，主要分为官网投稿系统投稿，以及合作者推送投稿。
4、其他资料准备，比如推荐的审稿人是谁、作者简介、介绍信等等。
第二步：完成投稿信息的填写
投稿过程中，是有一些信息必填的，不填写就无法按提交按钮。这些必填信息，要在第一步中有所准备，且注意填写要求，以免出错，影响文章录用。
第三步：上传稿件并提交
稿件是要以附件的形式上传，关于稿件的要求、图片的要求等，要与期刊规定相符，核实无误后，点击提交，完成论文投稿。
SCI论文的投稿流程说起来很简单，先写好一篇英文的论文，然后找合适的刊物投稿过去就行了，录用或不录用等着就行，这个录用周期在3-4个月左右，录用后一般2个月左右会上线。
英文期刊投稿反复返修

投稿期刊返修

我们都知道经过同行评审的论文，最常收到的是『修改重投』，不管是大修或是小修（有些期刊会对大修给出拒稿重投的结果，这就是后话了），编辑一般会邮件通知，并告诉作者修改期限，此时如果你登录系统，可以看到 Decline to Revise 与 Agree to Revise 两个按钮（根据期刊采用的系统和设定可能有所不同），这时你心中可能会有千万的小剧场，如同下面这两位作者“您好！之前在您这边修改的文献现在进行到 Revision Requested 的阶段，我看到编辑的来信，意思是要 major revision，应该是要大修，并且给了 2 个月的修改的时间，页面显示有 agree to revise 和decline to revise 按钮，我是现在就点击 agree to revise，然后 2 个月后再提交，还是等到差不多修改后再点击 agree to revise 按钮啊，抱歉第一次投稿没什么经验。谢谢您！基本上来说，期刊会想要知道作者想不想要继续投稿，愿不愿意根据建议修改稿件。设置这个按钮的用意是因为有些作者会不想要花那么多时间跟精力在修改稿件上，宁愿直接改投别的期刊。如果你愿意修改，现在就要点击 Agree to revise 按钮，这样就能直接通知期刊你愿意继续投稿，你不用立即完成修稿重投的动作，在同意修改后，系统上应该会给你一个返修截止日期，如果你认为无法在期限前完成，可以发邮件给编辑申请延长期限，并告诉编辑你预计可以完成的时间，不过，一旦编辑同意延期之后，务必要在截止日期前重投。
期刊投稿返修
工业工程期刊返修后一个月当然有时间限制绝大部分论文投稿以后都会收到一个修改意见。当然,部分优秀论文直接接受。论文的修改意见有一定的时间限制。
时间不等，3个月-1年一般审稿周期（投稿至返修）3个月左右，甚至长达1年，投稿3个月后可以电话或者通过网上投稿系统询问审理进度。一般来说，期刊等级越高，审稿周期越久。《中国酿造》杂志创刊于1982年，是由北京市调味品协会主办的刊物，现为国内外公开发行，属中文核心期刊，以刊登酱油、醋、酱类、酱腌菜、酒类、发酵豆制品及酶制剂等方面的内容为主。

先说一下Cover letter的框架，一般应注意包括以下内容：
1. 开头注意附上稿件的关键信息，主要包括Title、 Manuscript ID等；
2. 表达对责任编辑的感谢；
3. 表达对审稿人（Reviewers）的感谢；
4. 表明你（们）已对编辑和审稿人提出的建议做出相应的修改（Revisions），不用过于详细，细节性的内容可以在Response to reviewers里呈现。
