期刊投稿返修
工业工程期刊返修后一个月当然有时间限制绝大部分论文投稿以后都会收到一个修改意见。当然,部分优秀论文直接接受。论文的修改意见有一定的时间限制。
时间不等，3个月-1年一般审稿周期（投稿至返修）3个月左右，甚至长达1年，投稿3个月后可以电话或者通过网上投稿系统询问审理进度。一般来说，期刊等级越高，审稿周期越久。《中国酿造》杂志创刊于1982年，是由北京市调味品协会主办的刊物，现为国内外公开发行，属中文核心期刊，以刊登酱油、醋、酱类、酱腌菜、酒类、发酵豆制品及酶制剂等方面的内容为主。

所以说越到诸如此类的情况可能原因是:编辑太忙,没有时间看到咱们的稿件(或者返修稿),
我们都知道经过同行评审的论文，最常收到的是『修改重投』，不管是大修或是小修（有些期刊会对大修给出拒稿重投的结果，这就是后话了），编辑一般会邮件通知，并告诉作者修改期限，此时如果你登录系统，可以看到 Decline to Revise 与 Agree to Revise 两个按钮（根据期刊采用的系统和设定可能有所不同），这时你心中可能会有千万的小剧场，如同下面这两位作者“您好！之前在您这边修改的文献现在进行到 Revision Requested 的阶段，我看到编辑的来信，意思是要 major revision，应该是要大修，并且给了 2 个月的修改的时间，页面显示有 agree to revise 和decline to revise 按钮，我是现在就点击 agree to revise，然后 2 个月后再提交，还是等到差不多修改后再点击 agree to revise 按钮啊，抱歉第一次投稿没什么经验。谢谢您！基本上来说，期刊会想要知道作者想不想要继续投稿，愿不愿意根据建议修改稿件。设置这个按钮的用意是因为有些作者会不想要花那么多时间跟精力在修改稿件上，宁愿直接改投别的期刊。如果你愿意修改，现在就要点击 Agree to revise 按钮，这样就能直接通知期刊你愿意继续投稿，你不用立即完成修稿重投的动作，在同意修改后，系统上应该会给你一个返修截止日期，如果你认为无法在期限前完成，可以发邮件给编辑申请延长期限，并告诉编辑你预计可以完成的时间，不过，一旦编辑同意延期之后，务必要在截止日期前重投。

先说一下Cover letter的框架，一般应注意包括以下内容：
1. 开头注意附上稿件的关键信息，主要包括Title、 Manuscript ID等；
2. 表达对责任编辑的感谢；
3. 表达对审稿人（Reviewers）的感谢；
4. 表明你（们）已对编辑和审稿人提出的建议做出相应的修改（Revisions），不用过于详细，细节性的内容可以在Response to reviewers里呈现。

期刊投稿返修多次
大学生要发表自己的学术论文的话，你可以请导师帮忙看怎么写，不是都有导师吗？然后自己上网或者到图书馆查资料，这样子才能够写出来。
大学生发表学术论文，可以有两种方式进行，一是把自己的学术论文交给自己导师，让他给你在相关地方发表第二，也可以在有关学术平台发表自己的学术论文
当英语论文，或其他重要的英文文书的初稿撰写完成后，在提交给相关读者阅读之前，必须要经过润色才比较保险。我平日里没时间都是找北京译顶可以帮忙的，价格不高

期刊投稿返回修改
论文的审核分了多个步奏，并且修改后都会继续重新审核，并不是按照编辑的意见修改了就直接通过，不用重新审核了。这种情况耐心等待二次审核结果就好，并且可能也会返回修改意见要求修改，修改一定要理解编辑的意思后再进行修改，不然会出现和编辑的理解出现偏差而没有进行编辑想要的修改结果，有些期刊多次审核没有通过后会直接撤稿，这点需要注意。如果是外国期刊，给了审稿人，但是审稿人未必会审阅稿件，因为他看不懂，所以稿件很有可能被拒绝，然后编辑还要从新找寻审稿人，如果方向比较新颖，或者投的刊物比较偏门，都会有这种问题，不是每个审稿人都会有兴趣阅读你得文章。比如有些文章才有了很先进的分析手段，例如最新型的仪器，一些审稿人没用过，不了解，也不知道该仪器的适用范围和可靠程度，就很可能拒掉你得稿件，然编辑再去物色审稿人。当然了，有些人退稿纯粹是因为没时间，或者不想看，各种原因都有。近些年来SCI国人投稿的速度爆炸，有些审稿人坦言，看后想吐，一些比较厉害的专家甚至专门雇人处理稿件问题。专业老师在线权威答疑 zy.offercoming.com
表示人家不收你的，还是有缺陷的文章，要修改在去投稿的，
和期刊社沟通联系。如果论文投稿以后不想投稿或者修改，那么应该尽快联系投稿期刊的编辑部，可以将具体的原因告知对方，这样就可以及时的撤稿修改，但是如果论文已经被录用，并且作者支付了相应的费用，期刊已经进入了排版阶段，那么是不能够进行撤稿的。
